Guest Access:

As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire house. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Free parking is available for 3 vehicles on the large driveway. + garage

Hidden Valley Cottage is located in the vibrant heart of Joshua Tree Village, making it one of the few properties where a car isn't always necessary for fun.

◎ Saturday Farmers Market – 8-minute walk

◎ Space Cowboy Books – 2-minute walk

◎ Joshua Tree National Park West Entrance – 3-minute drive

◎ Pioneertown / Pappy & Harriet’s – 20-minute drive



Getting Around:

While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:

The hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive.



◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating:

✓ May/September: $150 per night

✓ October and April: $200 per night

✓ November, December, March: $300 per night

✓ January, February: $300 per night



◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



◎ CAMERA: Ring camera pointed towards the driveway so we can audit who is coming and going from the property.
