Beautiful Home in a Great Location

Lovely home with a very attentive host! The pool is perfect for enjoying the AZ sunshine, and Tom makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is lovely and provides endless trails for walking or biking. Lots of cose by shopping and restaurants!

Great location for access to Phoenix, Scottsdale and a 2 hr drive to Sedona for a long day trip. Walking distance to great breakfast place, coffee and grocery store. Tom was super communicative and helpful Md let us check out a bit late. Would recommend

Fabulous home!

It was the ideal home & location for our family of five to meet up. 3 of us drove out from So Cal, while our sons drove in from Tucson and Flagstaff for an Easter celebration/weekend. The home was very comfortable and also included a great backyard complete w pool and bbq. We would definitely recommend Tom’s home!

The Stay

We were fortunate to find this listing on VRBO. The property at first glance was very impressive and well maintained. The property manager communicated with us as soon as the booking was confirmed. I recommend that you read and understand the rules and guidelines as this will answer alot of questions. Overall a great experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is across the road from a set of beautiful trails + green space full of neighbors that are enjoying the desert and open area for family fun... even a playground close by. The private pool was clean and refreshing! Tom is pleasantly helpful and quick to respond. He offers early check-in and late check-out if it does not interfere with other guests. Easy safe trails troughout the quiet, family neighborhood to stores, etc.

BEST Experience I've had renting

After another host canceled last minute, I was looking for a clean, large home for my family to spend Christmas together. Tom came to the rescue. He responded within the hour and I was able to check-in prior to my family flying in that evening. The home was recently furnished. Gorgeous pool, ideal location in north scottsdale. Tom promptly responded to our questions during the stay and checked-in to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

This propery is very well maintained - clean and comfortable

We came to Phoenix for spring training. The property was very clean and well maintained. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had great towels and was stocked with a variety of hair products and body washes. The pool was very nice. We spend many an hour just floating in the water. The outdoor space is lovely. It was very quiet and we liked listening to the birds in the morning. The property is in an area with great walking paths and close (within walking distance) to a strip mall with an excellent grocery store and a few good places to eat. The property is very close to Talking Stick resort and the stadium there. We were essentially 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. It has easy access off the freeway. The only two things that I would recommend to the owner is to provide another lounge chair - there was only one and the table on the patio was low making it difficult to eat dinner. Other than that I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in the Phoenix area.

The house was clean, communication was speedy and listing was accurate.

We used the house as a place to stay during a week of golf in Scottsdale. The house was clean and had everything needed. Close to the golf courses and good restaurants with take out available. Hassle free communication in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the manager and easy check in and check out. Would recommend....

More than we expected

This is a very nice home in a wonderful location. The floor plan and condition of this home is certainly on the top end of other VRBO's we have rented. Roomy, open concept, relaxing patio, private backyard. We have rented condos in Scottsdale for a number of years and found the "home" to be much more enjoyable, lots of privacy and not as "busy" Would very much recommend this home. Tom also showed us another home he owns in this area and it is exceptional (4 bedrooms)

Great location, had everything we needed.

The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. And is conveniently located near a large Frys grocery store, and a short distance to a major road for ease of travel around town. The home is neat and clean, and the owner conveniently left the garage door clicker for us to use during our stay. It was still too chilly to use the pool, but it was attractive to look at. We will definitely stay here again.
