This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is conveniently located across the street from the free town shuttle stop, making it easy to access the slopes, trails and all that Mammoth has to offer. Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Downstairs, both bedrooms provide a quiet retreat. The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, ideal for families or small groups. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and the slopes while still tucked away from the crowds. A convenient shuttle stop located across the street makes getting around town effortless. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Very cosy place, so close to the village gondola. Nice kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed the shared hot tub too. We would have preferred a normal bed rather than the trunk bed situation, easy to bump your head / feel trapped. Shower is a bit on the older side, but not a deal breaker. Thank you!

Please note there is only one shower, though the description kind of makes it seem like each bathroom has a shower, when it's actually a shared shower. For us it didn't create an issue, but if you actually had six people stay there it could be.
