Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property features skylight and vaulted ceilings. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape.All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. We’re a family of four with a dog. Loved the location; so easy to walk to the village for a bite to eat. Also, centrally located for our daily hiking adventures. Ending the day at the pool and jacuzzi was great. This place had everything we needed.

Great overall stay

Walking distance to the village to get to the free gondola to the mountain. Free shuttles everywhere. A little dated but is exactly how the pictures show it. Also pet friendly!

NYE ski trip

Really liked staying at the unit. Great location - walked to the village and took the gondola up to Canyon everyday. Unit is comfortable and has everything you need. Appliances and cookware are a bit dated, but it gets the job done.

Great Service - Mammoth Reservations - 2 Bedroom Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This two bedroom condo has a master bathroom with a walk in closet, and it's own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. I really loved that. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for children, and there's another bathroom in the hall downstairs between the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom that is a full bath with shower/tub combo. Upstairs is a kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you would need as far as plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils. We went in the summer and the unit stayed cool, didn't need AC at all. Just open the doors and windows and there was a nice cross-breeze. The altitude here is 8,100 feet above sea-level. If you haven't ever been to that altitude before beware of altitude sickness. We arrived having never been to that altitude and we were pretty ill the whole time, due to altitude sickness. Just a friendly warning, in case you suffer from that. If you're not sure if you do, chance it, it's a nice little place for the price! I loved having a condo, instead of a hotel room. But, that's because we love to cook! However, we had altitude sickness pretty bad, and ended up sleeping a lot on our trip to Mammoth, due to not feeling well. There's a bonus though, this place is pet friendly!

The space met our needs (family of 5) with one sleeping on the sofa bed. The unit was clean and cozy. No laundry in unit, though. Could have used more trash bags than provided. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We loved this unit--it was super clean and the retro cabin vibe is just what we were looking for and it felt so homey and comfortable. To me, this is what a mountain condo should look like. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the trolley stop is just a few feet from the unit.The rental agency made everything extremely easy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great but it's not worth the $500/night. This unit is rundown and hasn't been updated in decades. The TV was small and had a terrible connection (screen was fuzzy). The place has so much potential but needs some serious work. Check-in is 5pm and checkout is 10am, which is a bit ridiculous for the price.

The property was perfect for us in size and location and had all we needed. Only complaint were the spiders and spider webs. There were quite a few. Even one in our bed.

Pleasant stay close to the village

The condo was clean, well equipped. The location was lovely, near the gondola and the village. Parking was a little tight on the last few nights, but it was peak season. The property manager never answered the phone, and the after hours phone number never was answered, nor went to where you could leave a message, which was frustrating at checkout.

Old but great location

The condo is old. Sink disposal didn’t work. Could have been cleaned better and the communal jacuzzi is pretty gross. But the location is great and we love that they allow pets.

Nice location and Layout

The apartment was convenient to lifts and the village. Parking was good. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna. The main drawback was the heat. The electric heater in the master bedroom was extremely noisy and woke us up each time it turned on. We tried the strategy of heating up the room before we went to bed and turning the heat down as low as it would go. This just delayed the wake up until 3 am. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, better than most condos of this size.

Great location - walking distance to village and right by shuttle stop. Unit could use a little updating but very comfortable. We had 2 adults and 3 teens and would stay here again.
