Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two bath property is an end unit, with large windows, and it is across the street from the town trolley bus stop. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a king, a queen and a bunkbed. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Good for our family

This place was great for the 4 of us. Close to the village and gondola. I couldn’t get the fireplace to work but that wasn’t a major issue. Location and plenty of space. Would rent again!

Amazing location

Sis, the location of this condo was amazing! Directly across from a shuttle stop, it was very to easy and convenient to get to and home from the lifts. Walking distance to the village for shopping, dining, hang out time. Condo was clean and modest only recommendation would be to offer more cooking utensils.

Very comfortable stay at Mammoth Estates #221

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable unit that perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. We have stayed in various units at Mammoth Estates for roughly 8 years and they could all use some updating. This one did have a number of features that seemed new and overall it is very clean. It is one of the closer units to the village which made walking to and from very easy. Our baby girl sat in next to the floor to ceiling window and watched the snow and people the entire time.We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Nice condo in prime location

I stayed here with 3 friends on a ski trip in mammoth and had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with way more stuff than we needed (blender, muffin tins, etc ) and the place was clean when we arrived. Check in was a little odd, we had to go to a random building just to pick up an envelope with a door code and a parking pass in it, but the building was on our way to the house. It would be nice if they just sent the code via VRBO and left parking passes in the house so we could skip the extra stop, but not a big deal. Location was great for skiing, just 5 min from the village gondola with easy parking. The only downside is that there is another condo that shares an interior wall and we could here our neighbors loudly getting ready and slamming the door early in the morning, but if you're up early to ski anyway it doesn't matter too much. It might be a little tight to stay here with 6 people (since there are 4 beds and 3 are in the same room), but with 4 it was perfectly comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would rent this condo again if we come back to Mammoth in the future.

The guest book had all the info you needed to get things in order quickly. Only note, nice to have a wood fireplace if you like it, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to smoke smell, this might not be the place for you.

Best spot in Mammoth

After visiting Mammoth in the summer, we wanted to return for winter sports. This place suited our needs and then some! All that you read about in the description really delivers for a great stay. We will be back annually since this place made it a wonderful family trip.

Super close to the village for shopping and eating, close to the trolley pick up to take you to the mountain. Love it had bunk beds and a single for our 3 kiddos, super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, everything was super clean. Love its an end unit so only neighbors on one side. Close to the pool and rec area. Rent this one!

Loved our stay

We loved our get away! During covid, we needed somewhere to go to get away from our 4 walls! It was great to stay in different 4 walls! We want to come up again for Christmas, maybe staying in a place a bit bigger.
