What is your nightmare?

My nightmare is this home. It had mold in corners and the blinds were caked with dust and mildew. I opened the blinds only to find dead bugs in the window. There was no front porch light and I did not feel safe without lights. The lack of light also hindered vision walking the path to the driveway. There were overgrown flower bushes that interfered with walking to the driveway. We also had to call the police two times for loud neighbors. The parties lasted until 1am it was horrible. Location is really good. The upkeep of this house is non- existent.

Convenient location and lots of room

Recently visited family in Maricopa and this place was an excellent location for us. This was our first ever Vrbo rental and we really enjoyed it! Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed being able to cook meals in the kitchen. Was great to park our rental car in the garage. Would recommend.

Great location!

We came to visit friends and family and this was a perfect location to reach several destinations. Enjoyed the patio and grill. Sleeping facilities were comfortable! Would rent it again!!

Clean and Comfortable

I stayed with my husband, 8 year old and 10 year old to visit our in-laws that live in Maricopa. The proximity to their house was ideal! The cherry on top was that the house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again when visiting our family!

Great communication with owners, very hospitable. Great area to stay, lots of room. Would book again if in the area. Made to changes to lengthen our stay and it was no issue to do so.

Work Trip

Nice area, good location to get in and out of. We were in town for work and this house was a nice place to stay. More comfortable and competitively priced compared to the hotels. My wifes only issue was the highway out back that got kind of loud for rush hour in the mornings.

Better than a hotel

Everything was fine, cleanliness seemed to come short. The bathroom downstairs leaks, there was a bit of build up of water on the ground by the toilet. Things were a bit dusty as well, dishes and such but overall was good.

Big house

Beautiful home. Nice neighborhood. Very clean. Close to restaurants. Easy drive to Phoenix, Mesa and Tucson.

After arriving we could not get in. The door code was never sent to us. After an hour of texting and calling we finally got ahold of someone. Then it was about 15 minutes after that before we got the door code to open the door. Two days later we again could not get in the door. The door code did not work. We went through the whole process again to get the door open. The master bathroom sink would not drain and the shower had very little pressure. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day also. We had no other issues and I was very happy about the extra room with the desk and chair so I could do my homework. Parking was difficult with the trailer we had but managed by parking in front of the house. I also wasn’t very excited about the $200 for property usage or whatever it was. I also think that with COVID in the past the cleaning fees should be over now. In all it was a quiet and comfortable place. Thanks for letting us use it.

Property Not Up to Par

The property was in a nice location/neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable and safe in that regard. The house itself was nice in terms of space, however it was not up to par in terms of upkeep/maintenance: the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broke and would not close - a blanket had to be placed over it to prevent the morning sun from coming through as well as to maintain privacy. In another bedroom the light attached to the ceiling fan did not work, so the lamp on the nightstand was the only source of light for that bedroom in the evening/night. The dining table had a bench seating that collapsed when one of the legs of the bench broke. The other dining chairs were wobbly - it appeared that the screws needed to be tightened. The closet doors in two of the bedrooms were off-track. There was a few other problems noted as we surveyed the condition of the property upon arrival and made a list for the property Hostess. Due to the above-mentioned problems, I would not reserve this property again.

Stay

Property was good. We just slept there as we had family in town we hung out with during the day. The first night it was so cold and not enough blankets for everyone. I just recommend adding more blankets, fix the blinds, wd-40 king bedroom door.
