Unit 7 Albacore has been completely renovated throughout and located on the top floor giving you perfect views looking over the waterways of Port Stephens through the headlands of Shoal Bay and all the way across to Hawkes Nest.
The unit has a spacious living/ dining area with superior flooring, split system air conditioner, ceiling fans and floor to ceiling windows to capture the amazing water views. The unit also provides a large smart TV, free unlimited Wifi, games and books to keep everyone entertained. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the large wrap around balcony so you can enjoy alfresco dining at its best with the amazing water views and beautiful sea breezes.
The kitchen has been completely renovated and has gorgeous stone bench tops, complete cooking facilities with Induction cooktop, Siemens oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a family size fridge/ freezer and a nespresso coffee capsule machine BYO Pods - even the kitchen has fabulous water views The internal laundry is off the kitchen area, the laundry is fitted with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
The main bedroom has amazing views looking straight out the headlands, split system air conditioner, Smart TV and ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity (wheelchair access) , there is also a ceiling fan and access to the main balcony area to allow the sea breeze to flow through.
The second and third bedroom both have split system air conditioners, ceiling fans, Smart TV's and sliding door access to the rear balcony. The main bathroom has been completely renovated with floor to ceiling tiles, bath, shower, vanity, and the bonus of a separate powder room toilet - making this a very usable, convenient area.
Direct beach access to Shoal Bay Big Beach is perfect as there are no roads to cross, you can swim, snorkel and take a casual walk along the beach and take in the beauty that surrounds you, or simply sit back and relax on the balcony and take everything in.
Shoal Bay boutique shops, Shoal Bay Country Club and a variety of restaurants, cafes and the famous Tomaree Mountain which offers magnificent views from the summit are all only a short 2.2km drive away. Nelson Bay is only 2.3km away in the other direction, Nelson Bay offers a variety of dining, cafes, shops, and aquatic activities at the marina including the Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises.
The complex provides a communal in ground pool, gas BBQ, secure underground parking (garage dimensions - Depth - 5.3m, Height - 2.1m) for two vehicles and the convenience of having a lift straight from the parking right up to your unit door.
Located at the quieter western end of Shoal Bay and just 1km to the family friendly Little Beach which offers shaded grassed BBQ areas, children’s playground, fish and chips take away, Little Beach Boathouse that provides gorgeous views and sunsets, elegant atmosphere and the choice of a fine dining experience or casual cocktail and snack. Fantastic apartment, very spacious and great location with the best view of Shoal Bay!
Great family holiday, for the price per night, linen should be included without having to make and strip beds, also make sure you request a second set of keys.
Overall experience was fabulous just a bit pricey for Easter.

Sensational location
The views are absolutely sensational! From our penthouse apartment balcony, we spotted numerous pods of dolphins morning and afternoon and hand fed rainbow lorikeets! Beach access couldn’t be easier or closer to the pristine water. The spacious apartment afforded we 6 adults plenty of space for a brilliant 4 night stay over Christmas.The major drawback was the lack of cleanliness.When moving furniture in the lounge room a build up of popcorn, lollies, debris, toys,etc were exposed. Stove top, some cookware (needs replacing)and cutlery needed washing before use. I replaced the blackened ‘white’ kettle due to the foul taste of boiled water.It appears the “Needs a damn good spring clean” comment from January 2021 had not been taken on board. The broken toilet seat also exposed sub standard health and hygiene practices, inexcusable in these Covid times. Credit to the emergency on call service organising a lovely plumber who came out to clean and fix it on Christmas Day. Remedy the negative and we would definitely stay again!

This apartment needs an upgrade and some deep clean. One small air condition unit in living area means the rooms get very hot especially the 5 person room which is the smallest room unbearable if a hot night. Fans do nothing. Location, pool and closest beach are the highlight. Sorry but would not stay again or recommend for large group. Disappointed Girls trip
