★PETS POLICY★

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved and house-trained pets to our cabin! We kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture . If you need to leave your pet unattended in the cabin, please ensure they are safely crated. Our standard pet fee is $100 per pet (up to 2 pets). If you plan to bring pets, please make sure to let us know in advance.

*** Vrbo will only automatically charge for one pet. if you're bringing a second pet, the additional pet fee will be collected separately by us before your stay.

★House Rules★

✔ Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
✔ There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don't clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
✔ The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a professional cleaning post-checkout. However, Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning, including an unusual amount of pet hair on carpets, bedding, or furniture may result in additional charges.
✔ Smoking is only allowed outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly
✔ No parties or events. A noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room to prevent unauthorized parties. Quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM.
✔ There is a front-door camera that monitors the exterior for your security.
✔ Total number of guests must be in the reservation.
✔ Same-day bookings may experience slight delays in check-in as we prioritize preparation.
✔ The hot tub is for guests 18+ or children supervised by an adult. No food or alcohol is allowed near the hot tub.
✔ Our cabin is located in an area where wildlife sightings are common; please store food and trash appropriately. Make sure the bear-proofed trash bins are locked.

★Important Details for a Smooth Stay★

✔Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM - Early check-in and late check-out may not be possible if there are back-to-back bookings as our cleaners need the time to clean such a large cabin.
✔ Please note, we do not offer streaming service subscriptions. However, each TV is equipped with a standard Roku, allowing you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
✔ We ONLY provide an initial starter set of basic home essentials (dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort.
✔ The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace.
✔There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.
✔Located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, our cabin is surrounded by nature. While we have monthly pest control, occasional bugs may still find their way inside through open doors or windows. To minimize this, we recommend keeping them closed whenever possible.
✔ Ladybug season in the Smokies occurs from October to December. These insects are protected by Tennessee law, which means we cannot completely eliminate them. We conduct monthly pest control, which may result in the occasional presence of dead or rare live ladybugs (and/or other common bugs/pests in this area) inside the cabin. To minimize this, we highly recommend keeping doors and windows closed. We appreciate your understanding, and a vacuum is available for your use.
