A roomy pad in the posh Academy Rd area is waiting for you. Our upscale 3 bedroom has new appliance and refinished hardwood floors with granite counter tops, central AC and dishwasher. There is free parking for at least 3 vehicles or even a trailer or boat fits easily (really rare in this area). It’s walking distance to the fun Corydon Ave. which is lined with outdoor cafes, bars, live music, and unique shops. For the more discerning palate the best high end steak house in Wpg 529 Wellington is right across the street.

This property is characterized by loads of natural light, big rooms with plenty of space for everyone. This one is done up in a traditional Southwestern style theme. Should appeal to a discriminating taste as it is our most elaborate short term furnished rental suite yet! I tried to channel my inner Ralph Lauren during this decor project with natural and traditional design elements like leather, wood, wool and iron. We hope you like it.

The host was very responsive and got back to us right away. The house was well outfitted and the location super central so very easy to get around, downtown, airport etc...

Host was very good at communication with quick responses. We had one hiccup with getting the door code for check in but otherwise it was great communication and very accommodating. It is a duplex. We had family stay in the other side so that worked out great for us. Bedrooms are really nice. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. The full stock of coffee was appreciated.

Great home base for our Winnipeg visit.

A nice clean house with plenty of space for our families. Beds were great (slept like a log). Host was quick and responsive to any questions. I would do it again. Thanks.

3 couples in town for a family wedding and the place was perfect for our needs--well equipped kitchen, central location, comfortable beds, nice place to relax between social events! We'd stay here again

Family Celebration

Several of my immediate family gathered at the house for a few days. It was wonderful to relax, enjoy each other’s company and be able to share meals in a beautiful setting. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped with beautiful linens and very comfortable beds! It had everything that we needed! There was even some toys, books and a booster seat for our two year old! The location was central and there was ample parking that included space for my son’s small travel trailer. I would definitely rent it again!

Cozy and clean propoerty

The property is decorated nicely and makes you feel like home. Every single detail is the house is so well thought. It is clean and tidy. The mattress is soooo comfy which made me just wanna stay in bed for as long as I could. Perfect for friends/family stay. The only problem we encountered is the airconditioning in 1st floor is a bit weak.

5 day weekend in Winnipeg

Stayed here during a volleyball tournament last weekend. Property worked perfectly for 3 adults and 2 children. Was a little tricky to find the driveway to the parking in the back, but the owners gave very good directions. Two large bedrooms upstairs with 3 queen beds. A third bedroom downstairs with a queen and the single trundle bed was not really in a bedroom, but in a den area at the bottom of the stairs. Would be a little tight if you were pulling out the second single bed from beneath the day bed to use in that space, but my niece preferred to just put the mattress on the floor in her mom’s room downstairs anyways, so worked very well for us. Loved having the washer and dryer to wash the teams uniforms. The owners were great - even let us check in a couple hours early so we could drop our stuff off before heading to the gym. So much better than a hotel.

2nd annual visit

We stayed here last year, and this time we rented both sides of the house for 5 couples and 2 single people. Very convenient and the owners are so great to work with. We will be back next year:)

Home Away From Home

This is a comfortable and clean property, located in a leafy mid-town location. It is very close to 3 or 4 different neighbourhoods that offer unique shops and restaurants for those times when you do not wish to cook. With 2 full bathrooms, it easily allowed 5 adults in our party to get ready every morning. There is ample parking, in case you arrive in multiple vehicles. The property is located close to arterial roads, so it is easy to get to the property, as well as to drive to any other location you are visiting in Winnipeg.
