Inaccurate description

There were several issues that were brought to the management staff's attention but never addressed. If you are going to advertise things such as TVs in every bedroom along with the living room, they should be in working order. There were NO wash cloths in the unit anywhere. There was a broken chair stored in the master bedroom closet. The small one cup coffee pot did not work. This unit is not within walking distance to restaurants that would serve coffee. There was only one set of keys for 5 people. After requesting at least one extra set and was told that they would be dropped off ASAP, no one showed up. I, personally, waited all day while everyone else went out. We arrived on Thursday; I called the office Friday morning and I was supposed to get a return call but never did nor did anyone show up to fix the problems. Although the unit is a nice upscale unit, I would consider staying somewhere else due to the response (or lack of) from the staff.

June 2021 Trip

This property needs attention. Cabinets falling off hinges. Floor not clean, Some damage to upholstery, didn't have coffee pot, toaster or can opener. Mattress in lowe rbedrooms need replaced.

I would give it a full 5 but it isn’t for babies.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. But we had my one year old son and the stairs were too scary there is nothing in between the rails that’s a safety issue. And in the room we stayed the plunger was out that also made me nervous to have my son walk around in the room. The overall house experience was good. I would rent it again just without taking my son. Definitely a house for older kids and adults.

Everything was good except for the first day , the border of Mexico closed at 8pm and had to spend the night at border I wasn’t able to get to the room until the following morning.
