This large cabin adorned in comfy furniture and charming decor is the perfect location for your next mountain getaway! Walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort, experience the winter in style at this refined cabin. Near the lake, Village, local parks, restaurants and National Forest hiking trails. Just a short drive to Alpine Zoo, Alpine Slide, and more.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful river rock gas/wood fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Entry level/upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and bath. Entry level/upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Entry level/upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Separate entrance/downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen Murphy bed, sofa sleeper, TV, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Firesticks, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy river rock gas/wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Back covered patio with hot tub and patio furniture. Enjoy the spacious front deck with a gas barbecue, picnic table, and plenty of seating. Fully fenced in landscaped backyard with side patio area, patio table, umbrella, patio chairs, and fire pit.

This is our second time staying at Treetop Bearadise. We love the area and the privacy of this cabin. The gated yard is wonderful. The cabin was clean and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Great Location!

The cabin was a great fit for our group of six! Unbeatable location and price, and host was communicative and friendly. Backyard was perfect for our dog and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Enjoyed BBQing on the balcony and having access to the garage to store our mtn bikes. We'd definitely book the cabin again!

Great Family Vacation

Big Bear Getaway

My family and I come to Big Bear for Oktoberfest every year for Oktoberfest and this year we stayed at Treetop Bearadise. We truly enjoyed out stay here. The cabin was clean and cozy. Check-in was a breeze. The cabin has a beautiful deck in the front with a nice picnic bench. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunset! Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Stay with friends

I had a very comfortable stay. Although the beds were advertised as king size but were actually queens, it didn't detract from the experience. The place is very pet friendly, with a giant backyard that's perfect for pups to play in.

Beautiful Backyard!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The best feature by far was the backyard, with lots of lovely furniture to relax on while watching our dog run around the fully fenced area. Living/dining room was a great place to gather and hang out. Beds were a little firm for our liking, but everything else was very comfortable. Great communication before during and after our stay!

Big Bear Homebase for Kodiak UTMB

Great base for the 6 of us during our time prepping for, racing & crewing Kodiak UTMB. 3 couples can sleep upstairs with a seperate suite downstairs. We have a couple issues with doors and blinds not sliding or closing right but didn't affect our stay. The place could just use a little TLC to become the perfect cabin for your Big Bear Stay. Great location and perfect hosting space both inside and outside.

overall good stay. house was clean but outdoor areas needed a little tlc. patios and balcony furniture was full of tree leafs n trash. plentry of pots,pans,cups and plates. it can comfortably fit 8 people but i am not sure about 10. great locaton close to vons and pharmacy. plenty of places to eat out at.

This house was not worth 800 p. night, which is about what we paid with fees. One of the friends reported dirty pillow cases in their room with long black hair on them and smelling of sweat. All friends reported the beds as being lumpy and uncomfortable. One friend said the bed was noisy...every time you rolled over it would wake up the other person. The bed my husband and I slept in was tiny, lumpy and the pillows were the worst. From the basement where we slept, you could hear every footstep, every bathroom usage from upstairs, every time someone flushed the toilet and even our friend snoring. No insultation at all in the basement. Only a tiny space heater to warm the large room. The house is crammed full of furniture. There is some kind of funky lift system that is in the middle of the room between the kitchen counter and the dinning room. This goes to the garage and I can understand why they need it as the stairs to access the house are long and steep, but it is still a funky place for the lift and it is a giant eyesore. This house is not worth 800 p. night, it is honestly more like a 250. per night kind of rental. Finally, the third party rental company that manages the rental requires an obnoxious amount of paperwork, signatures, copies of CDL, Picture of yourself, copy of CC front and back. I have VRBO'ed my own home for 5 years and never required so much documentation.

Bachelorette Trip

The online description shows a patio area with furniture and a fire pit and there was not. We had hoped to have a fire outside and smores. Additionally, we found hair on the pillows and spiders on the walls. The check in process was really annoying. We drove to the location and then received a text stating we had to go to an office to check in. It was just really unclear and there were no directions prior to, about how to check in either. We assumed that they would just send us a code since that’s what vacation homes normally do, but that was not the case. Otherwise, the space is really lovely and we had a fun time playing games in the living room.

Nice "Bear-adise" cabin home in Big Bear, close to everything

Good communication from management. Could have given codes earlier than 4 however (we just arrived at 355 PM and they did not send codes till 4 PM on the dot). In any case, very responsive via text on all sorts of questions. Location is great, but not walkable per se to the slopes, and felt safe. Yard is huge and jacuzzi is very warm and soothing. The entrance to front door requires going through steep stairs with some ice on them, so take caution. Rooms and decor a bit dated, but better than most of the "rustic" areas or hotels of Big Bear. Modern amenities in kitchen and laundry. Bathrooms could use some renovating but they are clean. A lot of prior guests have left food, condiments, and other amenities in the pantry so very easy to cook if you wanted to. Overall, good condition and an easy place to stay for a getaway.

Great cabin, frustrating process

The cabin was lovely and in a great location for a fall getaway. My friends and I stayed at the cabin during a trail running race and the cabin was a great home-base for the event held in Big Bear. Unfortunately, the check-in process became unnecessarily complicated. I needed another member of the group to check in since I could not be there on the first night of the stay due to my work - fairly normal for group stays. The property managers made things very complicated in the name of "compliance", requiring a change of the reservation, refunding and re-charging another card, but the refunded amount wasn't what we originally paid... In the end it worked out, I'm not one to complain about having to do a little arithmetic. It was just a headache to have to correspond with the corporation and re-work a reservation that had already been paid for, especially given we were requesting a check-in that was entirely compliant with city ordinance.

First family getaway since 2019

Property was nice. Pretty house. Downstairs area is it's own separate space with a full bath and anything else you might need outside of a kitchen. Have to go outside and upstairs to reach the kitchen and other rooms from there. Not a negative to me. Great if family is getting on your nerves and you need your own area while not being too far away. Upstairs area is great, good kitchen. Overall great place, and if you're worried about sharing a roof with extended family members it gives you plenty of space to hide away 😂 A+

Nice property overall

This is a nice property, in a perfect location. We enjoyed the enclosed courtyard, the balcony and the dining room. The top bedrooms were excellent, not so much for the separate low level bedroom which is really not fit for a comfortable sleep. The sofa in this bedroom is absolutely awful. But again, we had all the other beds which were very comfortable. We would gladly come back here.

A weekend getaway to Bearadise

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and cozy. The backyard was perfect for our German Shepard. He had lots of space to roam around and be free, it was Nicely gated and secure. We didn’t use the basement area but it does not have inside access to the main house. You need to walk outside up the stairs to main house. The only hiccup we had was that there were no instructions or any mention in the guide book on how to turn on the outside and balcony lights. I had to call the management company. They sent maintenance out right away. They assisted us and changed the all the outside light bulbs that were out. Check in was fast and super easy. Very friendly. We actually arrived an he early and the place was ready for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.
