This home is centrally located within minutes of outdoor adventures, sightseeing, and city activities! Less than 5 miles from Chattanooga Riverfront and 7 miles from Ruby Falls. Whether you are coming here to explore the city, on a business trip (only 7 miles from the airport), visiting universities, or coming to enjoy all the area attractions, this home is conveniently located.



Inside, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 10 comfortably), a beautiful living space with plenty of seating, and a game room downstairs!  Enjoy a restful evening in the brand-new shared hot tub just off the back deck. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer also included. The home is great for larger families with lots of open space. The living room features an open concept with plenty of room for your group. Relax in the comfort of your home and enjoy the outdoor balcony. Enjoy leisure activities with a round of pool, a ping pong game, or large flat-screen TVs. Work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service. There are only 3 Bedrooms in this property. The two twin beds are located in the loft area and a sleeper sofa for two guests at this property.



The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.

Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.
