- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur a $500 fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.
COMMON HOUSE AND POOL ACCESS:
- 21+ social club access to all their amenities; pool, co-working space, gym, podcasting booth and more.
- 1 Day pass per adult with 3 night minimum stay

PET POLICY:
1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Dog must be taken to potty in the dog park are. Per our HOA dogs are not allowed to poop or pee in the front yards
6. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the dog park area and throw it away (there is a trash can in the dog park area and dumpsters are in the front of the community)
7. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the dog park area
8. Dog will be supervised at all times
9. If left alone, dogs must be crated
10. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
