Suite 315 es una unidad de final tercera planta actualizada con impresionantes vistas al lago de Charlevoix. La cocina ofrece un horno de tamaño completo, hermosos armarios de alta gama y encimeras de granito. Está totalmente equipada con vajilla y utensilios para preparar comidas listas. La cocina tiene dos taburetes para sentarse extra y la mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para hasta cuatro personas. El salón cuenta con un sofá cama de matrimonio, chimenea de gas de registro, y pantalla plana. La puerta corredera de cristal se abre a un balcón privado con vistas a la playa privada. En la planta superior encontrará un baño con combinación de bañera y ducha, además de un dormitorio con una cama king size y TV.

Great location with a priceless view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year staying here. We wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t enjoy the experience. Unit 315 is nice because it is an end unit. This unit needs some upgrades like carpet and the bathroom fixtures. The bulbs in all the fixtures and lamps are not very bright. Replacing all with LED bulbs would be a great upgrade and would lower the electric bill. The staff in the office are great (very helpful)

Love The Waterstreet Inn but this unit badly needs uodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stay at The Water Street Inn every summer but had never stayed in this particular unit before. It was the only third floor unit available when we made our reservation so we took a chance and sadly, found it needed updating badly. The carpets were very stained, the decor was outdated and the furniture was old, worn, and stained in places as well. A kitchen rug of some kind is needed too. The unit itself was very clean though which we greatly appreciated. BUT the sunsets are gorgeous, Boyne City is completely charming and we will simply stay in a different unit next year when we visit! (Unit 312 is our favorite!).

The balcony was not wiped down and the door to the balcony had not been cleaned. We were very disappointed. The front desk did not have any solution. The view was great. Just wish that we could have sat on the balcony more.
