Very cute rental. Had pretty much what we needed. If it was a longer stay, a dish washer & clothes washer & dryer would have been nice but we just had a 3 day stay so all good. I would definitely choose this rental in the future

Girls Trip

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. We felt safe staying there. It was just a short walk to the beach. We were close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping.

Great spot for a get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was as advertised lots of amenities, extra linens, and utensils. Within walking distance to the beach. Great location. Landlord was very responsive and personable. I would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was great being so close to the beach and having the screened in porch area — if we were here in the summer we would’ve made more use of it. The place was clean, stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware, had good Wi-Fi and smart tv. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient!

We felt very at home here. Easy access to owner if needed, every restaurant or shop you could wish for was nearby, and it was such a pleasure to just step out our door and go one block to a beautiful beach! Despite attending a funeral for a day, the rest of the week was both restful and fun!

Garden City Beach House

Very nice unit. It was bottom level. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Nice screened in porch to enjoy at night. Short walk to beach. Owners were on call if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. Located close to shopping, restaurants, medical services and fishing piers.

It was very nice. We loved the house and only had one issue and that was the internet would not connect or stay connected on the TV even when we used our hot spot from our phones. It is a very nice house and we will consider renting it again if it is available.

Great location, that's it

For the positive, it is definitely a fantastic location with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and activities within a short drive. For the negative, the unit was simply not very clean. First thing walking in was the screened patio that hadn't been even swept in forever, the floors and furniture were gross. Then I walked in the unit and there were dead bugs on the floor. At least the linens, bedding and towels were clean, but the floors were just dirty. Also, the bar stools (not ones pictured) were not the correct height for the bar. The tiny little toiletries provided were nice but not enough for three adults to have one shower, and we were staying for several days, so we had to purchase. I was an Evolve property owner for over three years, and I maintained a much higher standard. I expected more.

Overall was not very well maintained property.

The code we were given was wrong. Had to wait for the person to text us the right one. You could not sit on the porch furniture until I cleaned off the all the sand. I get it it's the beach but when you can see the sand in the chairs it needs to be cleaned. The floor looked like it had not been swept in weeks. The little light over the kitchen over the sink did not work. The main bathroom light did not work. The people who were staying upstairs had 4 children who did not stop running the whole time. Yes I get people are on vacation but you should warn people who rent downstairs that you can hear everything above you. It was not great and we paid more than we should have IMO for two nights. Just saying.

It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had.

Great location to everything in Garden City, especially the beach. Peaceful, quite neighborhood. LOVED IT!!!! Will definitely be back.

Good location, clean, uncomfortable bed

The property is small, however since you spend most of the time at the beach this is not an issue. The property was clean, had all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and everything you could need. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not work, but there were ice trays to make your own. There were 2 grocery stores close by including a Kroger and a Walmart. The screened in porch is great for extra space for kids to play. Only major complaint that we had was the bed in the bedroom. It is REALLY uncomfortable, just sags you straight to the middle. The mattress really needs to be replaced. I did not bother pulling out the couch in the living room since our son is only 7, it was just easier for him to sleep on the couch - so I can't speak to how comfortable that one is.

Great location

Since we lived in the Myrtle Beach area for three years we knew the location we wanted. The Murrells Inlet/Garden City area is perfect for people looking for great restaurants, great beaches and a slower pace. The unit was close to the beach and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the screened porch.

It was a very great place to stay, so close to the beach, very good built place, only thing I would say is it was a little dirty inside of the house, other than that it was perfect for a mini vacation!

Perfect location and cute property

This was a great location very close to the beach had all the beach amenities that you would need with a nice covered area and screened in porch. It was very quiet even with guest above and no traffic noise due to the bricked in space. The one thing that would need to happen when or if I stayed again would be to clean the floors with water there was a film of cleaner or something on the floors that made walking on them bare footed unbearable for me, we all walked in flip flops. The pull out needs to have the bed cover changed because it has something spilled on it. I will say The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental, and I cooked the entire time. Honestly I will stay again but will bring a mop to clean the floors but other than that it was great. Also there was no toilet paper other than the half roll on the holder.

A nice little place

The proximity to the beach is great, and a comfortable place to hang out, especially the screened porch. The mattress was not comfortable for us, laundry appliances would be nice.
