Perfect Location for a beach lover

The room was a described small but cozy, we were there for 4 days. First I was skeptical about the window A/C when we get in the room it was set at 74 degrees and the room has a moldy smell, once we set the A/C to a lower temperature the smell was gone and the room was very cool. My suggestion is that the refrigerator needs to be replaced (it was leaking) and the bathtub needs to be replaced (have some small holes in it). the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. On a previous review mentioned that they do not provided beach essentials; so, we brought ours but for our surprise there were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, they even have a small cooler bag. We brought our cooler since we spent most of the day at the beach. The property was very clean and well maintained, for a 50+ couple it was perfect, very quiet no small kids at the pool very very quiet, location is perfect, the beach access is only for the hotel guess and for the buildings next to the hotel, never crowded. the sunsets are priceless and gorgeous. they have walking distance restaurants and ice cream stores, there is a Publix very close that have their own liquor store (you will need that to get your prefer drink to watch the sunsets). John"s Pass fishing village is very close in Madeira Beach - Try Lozano's Pizza - Bamboo Beach Bar - and if you love cigars they also have a cigar store. we definitely will be back to this property hopefully they will replace the refrigerator.

Overpriced

I didn’t like the room at all,,pictures deceiving. Couldn’t get a hold of manager. The phone couldn’t call out. I overpaid for this stay. Absolutely..will not recommend. No outdoor shower stall coming from the beach.

Great location

Cute little room. Had wished instead of sitting chairs there was a dresser to unpack clothes- but that’s a personal opinion. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was great and we walked to dinner several nights! Only downside was window ac unit kicks on and off and the room smelled musty. I guess to be expected in an older Florida place but finishes were nicely updated.

A great find

This was our first stay on Treasure Island. Our condo was clean and comfortable although quite small. Can’t beat the location right on the beach.

Spring Break with my Daughter

We had such a nice stay. It was very clean and quiet but we could easily find the crowds at the beach or local restaurants. Super friendly people we met who were also staying here and I would recommend this place for a fun place to stay where everything is easy to access without a car!

Beach front

The room was clean but very cramped. The photos make it appear to be a little more spacious. I loved having a key code to get in the room - we didn’t have to worry about a key or key card. The bathtub had a hole in the bottom but the rest of the condo appeared to be recently renovated.

Perfection

I took a spring break solo trip and had an amazing time. The condo unit was tiny but cozy. It had all the amenities anyone would need, a comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and a good shower. The beach was super close and there was a nice pool just steps away. I would definitely stay again.

unhappy on gulf blvd.....

check in took 4 different codes to getin, and 4 hours later we got in our room, 1 of our pillows had black mold on it. had to wash the air conditioner filter and even after cleaning and drying the service light was still on, next morning walked near the a/c unit an stepped in a large pool of water. even after myself and 3 other couples got by tne door code fasco we recieved no correspondence from anyone associated with the property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful location

The room was great, they are small, but fine and well decorated, supplied, neat and clean. Nice pool and a wonderful walk to the ocean. A concrete boardwalk right between the unit and beach which takes you everywhere, bars, restaurants, shopping. The pool area is beautiful with lots of plants and palm trees. Well landscaped. Fun getaway on the beach

We had a great stay, property was as advertised. The room and the property was clean, though they were doing some exterior painting. We would recommend it.

Great area, accurate room description but needs work

When checking into this room we were hit with a burst of mold coming from the air conditioner- the smell of the room was horrible. The whole a/c unit was full of black mold and caused the room to absorb the smell.
