Welcome to our beautiful Viva La Flamingo home. This approximately 1,600 SF private pool and pet friendly home offers plenty of space for everyone. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, private heated pool, oversized fenced in backyard with tropical landscape design and much more will make your next vacation unforgettable.

Although you will probably be spending lots of time by the pool area, going for a swim or catching some warm sun rays on a lounger, don't forget that the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Bradenton with plenty of restaurant choices, Riverwalk, LECOM Park baseball stadium and much more is only 10 minutes the other direction.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, large smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom are located on the other side of the house, sharing a hallway guest bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and daybed. It is important to note that the third bedroom can accommodate up to 2 adults or 4 children.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options and a large smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is well equipped with everything you would need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and the dining room comfortably seats 6 people. When the kids are playing outside and you are wanting to catch up on a book, the plush chairs in the dining room can make for a great reading corner and a small desk across the kitchen could be a makeshift work place.

The outdoor space offers a covered patio with outdoor dining table, a propane BBQ, colorful Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and most importantly a newly constructed private heated pool.

Pet Cleaning Fee: an additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be added, should you decide to bring your pet. Only dogs permitted, approval required.

Viva La Flamingo Soars!

This home is great! It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and is conveniently located. Beaches, restaurants and grocery stores are all nearby. The house itself if well-laid out and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and we were happy with the selection of beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use. The pool was a good size for our family of 5 and very clean, and we loved watching the family of osprey that was nesting nearby.We had a couple minor issues during our stay, and the property manager was helpful and prompt in replying to us.We definitely would recommend this house to others, and we'll keep it on our list of places to stay when we visit the area in the future.

Beautiful getaway, amazing place to stay!

My wife and I took our family to Anna Marie Island in Florida this year, and we chose this little gem as our first house rental while on vacation. To be honest, at first, we were skeptical doing it online, but, Island Dreams, the property management company was quick to communicate and ensured us of an amazing stay. This house will NOT disappoint you. Please choose this house for your getaway. We had an amazing time here. The property was very clean and well maintained. This 3-bedroom oasis was plenty of room for our family of four but would accommodate more for sure without issue. The outside patio was great, nice grill to use, and the property management company provided a new LP tank for it as well on arrival. About an hour after we arrived, we were greeted by a representative of the property management company, and she greeted us with a bag of essentials to get us started. There is an onsite washer and dryer and a connected 2 car garage. The entire back yard is gated and secured with a 6-foot fence. And I left the best for last, THE POOL was incredible. It was clean, warm, and inviting. We honestly spent 5 of the 8 days at the house just swimming and enjoying the warm weather. We will stay here again without a doubt if we went to this area again. Please do not hesitate to choose this property, I promise having just stayed there, you will not be let down. The price was reasonable like staying at a nice hotel, but this house was FAR better than any hotel stay we ever had!

Stayed here twice and loved it!

This was our second year staying here. We absolutely love the neighborhood and the house itself. Very clean, and well maintained. Perfect for our group (5 adults and 2 kids) Honestly, we would've booked it again for next year but unfortunately, the rental price keeps increasing by quite a bit so we had to switch homes.

Christmas Get-Away

Great last minute Christmas get-away for our family of 5. The weather was not the greatest for us to enjoy the pool as much, but when we did the water was nice and warm and very enjoyable. We loved the big private backyard. Everything was provided that we needed. Would highly recommend!

Great family vacation

We loved our stay. Cute and cosy and clean. Normally we stay on AMI but this time wanted to stay off. 15 minutes from beach made this a great location. Close to Robinson preserve which is a wonderful place to take kids. The house was equipped with just about anything we needed for the beach with wagon, toys, coolers, chairs, and floats. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and a great patio for sun! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever slept in a rental! My only issue was the master bedroom was a little warmer than all other rooms. The house came with many portable fans which helped. Already planning another trip!

Fantastic!

Very well kept property! The backyard and pool were absolutely fabulous.. There were floaties/water toys on property so we didn't have to bring or buy them. Tons of space and lots of seating. The interior was quite spacious and nicely upgraded. Very convenient location with restaurants and shopping. Grocery is right around the corner. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice property, but not exactly as described

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. However, we really wanted the heated pool. It was broken when we arrived. A heated pool in Florida is NOT the same as everywhere else. They use a very low level type heater (not gas powered) and it doesn't work very well. The house looked like it had recently been remodeled, tags were left on items, etc. Overall not a bad place to stay but rather expensive for what it was.

Terrific Home

Viva la Flamingo was perfect for our 3-week stay in the Bradenton area. It is clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, quiet, and looks as nice as the pictures. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a quiet part of the city and conveniently located near all that the area has to offer. The communication was excellent and the managers were very responsive to the questions that we had. I would highly recommend this home.

They thought of everything!!

My family just stayed here the week of thanksgiving and we will 100% book the rental again in the future. The location is so central and the neighborhood is nice & quiet. The house was perfect size and decorated beautifully. They thought of absolutely everything that someone visiting could want/need! The heated pool was excellent for kids who wanted to swim nonstop!! Our only suggestion would be a railing for the pool. Oh, and maybe more plastic dishes (especially if you’ve got young kids staying!) It was our first time using VRBO and it was such a smooth process! Thank you for a wonderful place for our family to call home for the week.
