Great home! GreatMinor issues

It was a nice townhome and location was great. The light switches and not knowing which switch goes to what light and dim lighting in the living room/ceiling fan/light not working weren’t ideal. Better organization for the extra closets that stored random items that were not needed would have been a good thought or locking those closets…. It seemed like whomever cleaned just threw random stuff into the closet to quickly tidy up. The backyard patio furniture chairs were just plain white folding chairs nothing like what is advertised in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The bedroom with the twin bed could have been cleaned up better and there needs to be some type of shelf to hold the Roku tv sensor instead of it hanging down in mid air. The toilet paper rolls under the sink weren’t even full rolls, they were half way about to run out. Overrall I enjoyed the home, just more thought into organization and cleanliness and hospitality for the home would be better especially for the price we paid.

Back in College?

This property was doable at best, but not what we paid over $200 a night for including fees. I felt like I was back in college again slumming it at a friends. I have a laundry list of items that would deem it not what you would expect. When I stay in a rental such as this, I go in with the expectation the hospitality would be similar to that of a hotel. I would be embarrassed if this were my property. This property needs a serious deep clean and maintenance fix. It has potential, but the customer care is lacking greatly. • Kitchen table had folding chairs and there were no counter stools. • The microwave was Jerry rigged with a knob from a kitchen cabinet • The floors were so gross, they left my socks dirty on the bottom and my son’s feet black. • There were only two plates and bowls. • Patio cushions were missing besides two seats • The air vent was so clogged, it kept settling when the air would turn off. • They couldn’t even bother to paint the whole wall and painted around art work that was there. • Stains in carpets were covered with a rug. • Water pressure was minimal. • The sink in the kitchen would not turn off unless you hit it just the right way. • There was a paper towel dispenser like you would find in a public bathroom. No kitchen towels at all. • We couldn’t access the pool. • There were barely enough towels, and two of the towels couldn’t wrap around my body and I’m a fairly tiny girl. Some of the washcloths had stains on them. • The pillows were flat. • The bed I’m not so sure was a queen. • There were no blankets. The bed itself had the equivalent of two flat sheets for covers. • One of the fire alarms had the battery missing. • The outside trash had not been taken out. We could barely fit our one trash bag and a few Walmart sacks of trash into the canister.

Just Ok

The house was ok. Beds aren’t that comfortable which makes for a long night. The biggest issue though was house wiring. The light switches in kitchen and upstairs bathroom are very touchy. At night we’d wake up with lights on but switches still in down position. The wiring seems pretty bad which made my wife nervous for an electrical short or fire. Hope the owner can address that for future guests.

Would definitely stay here again

I stayed here with my adult son and 2 young daughters so that we could visit family and have a chance to see what it would be like to live in the area before moving across the continent from Arizona. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us. It very much felt like a "home" for the time we were there. It is centrally located to a lot of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores which made our stay extremely convenient since we didn't know the area very well, but had no trouble finding all our needs met within a near vicinity. The property owner was very nice and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Unhealthy and filthy place!

Did not enjoy our stay at all. As soon as we checked in, we could smell smoke in the house. The kitchen was supposedly said to be “fully equipped” but majority of the drawers were empty and we had to scrounge to find utensils. There were only 2 plates and 2 bowls (when the place is said to accommodate atleast 7 people). There was no toaster. The fridge had some kind of odor and the freezer had a meat package in it. The carpet was dirty. The shower rod in downstairs bathroom was rusted and broken. We were only given 3 towels when we were four adults. This place has long list of things that were wrong and dirty. Will not recommend.

Property was as expected, an older condo with typical decor. One concern is the lack of dishes. That would be my suggestion for the host, pick up a full set of dishes. Toiletries and dish soap, laundry soap was nice to have.

Great Getaway

This was a very relaxing property. We were here visiting family/ friends in GSO and loved the home feel of this property vs. a hotel. We have three kids so we were able to spread out.
