One of the awe-inspiring sights that first comes into view when you reach South Beach at the end of Tybrisa Street is the wooden Tybee Pier and Pavilion, which stretches out from the beach into the surf as if reaching for the sunrise. The structure, rising high above the ocean waves, is a popular place for events like music, weddings, and parties. The original Pier and Pavilion, known as the Tybrisa Pavilion, dates back to 1891 when the Central of Georgia Railroad financed its creation. Unfortunately, that historic structure burned to the ground in 1967. Tybee Island residents teamed up with Chatham County to rebuild the pier, which opened in August 1996. They christened the rebuilt landmark the Tybrisa Pavilion II.

Be sure to stroll out onto the pier when you head to South Beach for some fun in the sun. It is free and open to the public. You might see a dedicated angler reeling in the day's catch or get a glimpse of a bridal party. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
