There is enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family. We’ve never had anyone run out of utensils.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable and nice basement suite. The owner was very nice and quick to fix a probable I had with stove. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Check in and communication was excellent. I had a problem with the heating system which was dealt with immediately. Apartment was clean and welcoming. We did feel that the beds could have been more comfortable

A stay in Saskatoon

I stayed here for 5 nights. Once I figured everything out i.e. the shower and TV it was quite pleasant. I was a little disappointed after a long day of trialing with my dog, that there was no place to sit outside and unwind. The yard is all gravel both front and back. The place was clean and modern and I found the host easy to contact if I had a question. The street out front was busy with traffic but I soon learned that every street in Saskatoon is busy! One thing I must say though is that the water from the tap is just like bottled water! Yay! I would stay there again if ever the need arises...

Very quite

We stayed for five days. The location was great lots of restaurants close by. The place was very clean. It had all of the supplies that we needed. And it was a very quiet area we always had a very good nights sleep. The host was always very quick to reply back to any questions I had for him before we booked. Once we were there everything was like I was told. We would definitely stay here again. I also have told other family members about this place

Perfect for a family stay.

Our family of 4 and small dog were in Saskatoon for a full week and this was a perfect home base. The location is a bit out of the way for our needs, as we were visiting multiple areas of the city, but the Kensington area is a newer part of the city close to the airport and a very quick drive from shopping, gas, grocery stores, etc so the extra driving was worth it for us. The suite was well equipped for our stay, was clean and we did not have any issues. Prior reviews mentioned issues with hot water but we did not have any problems with this. We would definitely stay again.

A good choice

I was in Canada for a few days and needed a place that works for my family. Turned out to be a good choice. All items as advertised were present in the property and made things easy for us. It's a new neighbourhood and things are quiet too. The property manager responded to communications and made the stay worthwhile. Save for sometime the hot water wasn't as hot as it should be and which the manager ensured was fixed, it was an absolute good choice!

Good with a few concerns

Stayed at this property for 2 nights in March. Suite was clean and looked great! Just a few concerns. The sidewalks hadn't been shoveled in some time which made it quite slippery and difficult to get back and forth from our vehicle to the side entrance. We had no hot water in the suite. Showers and taps were cold. Limited towels, would be nice if there were a few more. Guests that stayed in the suite above us for a night were quite loud til well past midnight. On a positive note, the mattresses were very comfortable and the location was close to everything we needed to do. Place would be terrific had it been shoveled and once the hot water issue gets fixed.

An enjoyable suite

Check in was super easy and convenient, and so was check out. The property was clean and had everything we needed, other than no face cloths - a quick trip to the dollar store fixed that though. It was great to have laundry on site as well. Our only complaint was noise from upstairs. The first night we were kept up by kids running around screaming upstairs at midnight. The next morning we were woken up at 4:30am by a child screaming and running around. However, the other nights were not as late with noise. I do realize that my family goes to bed fairly early - 930pm but the request from the host was quiet by 9pm because of neighbors. I read other reviews about having hot water or internet issues and we had no problems with either of those things. The shower was great! And the internet easily managed my laptop and my kids' devices. The location of the property is on a quiet street and it is easy to get to a main road to services. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for the price

Quiet and cozy basement suite with private entrance. Bright open kitchen and living area with everything you need. Would be perfect for families with young children or friends travelling together.

Weekend visit

Beautiful Home

Really enjoyed staying in this home. Fred is a great host and communicator! He was easily accessible if we needed anything. House was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was quick and convenient.
