Beautiful apartment and wonderful hosts.

Sarah and Matthew are very responsive hosts and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent and they gave advice with regards to where we could rent a car close by. They were also very accommodating with checking in. The apartment was spotless and beautiful inside. We loved how close we were to all the important sights and great restaurants.The only thing that bothered us was the noise in the street below between midnight and 4 am. Loud singing and partying. Other than the noise we had an amazing stay. Thank you Sarah and Matthew!

Great stay, great hosts!

We loved this apartment in a great location, near everything, but on a quiet street. The hosts were fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was great, even helping my kids with their luggage! We would absolutely stay here again! Just one note, it is many stairs to the top, there is no lift.

Great Location

We really enjoyed staying in Prague at this loft apartment. The location was great, like some of the other reviews pointed out, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. 15 minutes to the old town square, close to the river and the Old Bridge. We walked up both sides of the river enjoying the sites and eating at great restaurants. There is a Billa Supermarket just 5 minutes walk away near the Starbucks as well and we fixed some meals in the Kitchen. The apartment was comfortable and the skylights made it nice to bring in fresh air at night. The stairs were fun as we were ready for them, 102 exactly as the others have said and they kept us working off the yummy Czech food and beer we enjoyed. Matthew met us on check in right away and helped us carry luggage up so that was nice as well. Parking garage right around the corner from the unit as was explained. With all the one way streets you had to drive around a few blocks and dodge a couple street cars to get in and out but it worked, its about a two minute walk from the apartment. All in all we would return and stay here again. The owners also had their own guide book which worked out well. Go to the restaurants they recommend, very good!

Great location and space. Friendly owners

We enjoyed our stay. We knew it was a walk up, but it is 102 stairs, so be prepared for that. And this operates really as a two bedroom as the third bedroom is more like a closet. The master is spacious with a large closet and bath. The second bedroom has a slanted, low ceiling above the bed and is much smaller with no closet. Would note that this apartment is all skylights as windows so even with shades it is very bright in the very early morning. Furnishings were basic but all we needed. We didn't use the kitchen except for coffee. The location was wonderful. Quiet enough street, but we walked everywhere. Frank was wonderful to deal with and had many great suggestions.

Schöne Unterkunft zentral gelegen

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Der Aufenthalt in Prag hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Der großzügige Schnitt der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungsübergabe war unkompliziert. Danke an den Vermieter.

Beautiful loft and great location. Great hosts.

Loft is clean, large and well maintained. The communication was easy and quick. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the flat has only 1 air conditioning unit. Due to the heat, our kids were unable to sleep upstairs in either room. The loft is otherwise great and has wonderful amenities. The location was perfect-an easy walk or Uber ride from all.

Great location! Great apartment!

Frank was great and made sure we were taken care of from the second we landed. He arranged a driver to bring us to the place and then took us up himself to show us around. The place is very comfortable and relaxing with all amenities you may need. There’s a great wine bar right across the street and plenty to do within a very short walk. I’d highly recommend this place for summer or winter.

Great loft space in great location!

This two bedroom loft apartment is spacious with a great location. Near National Theatre and within walking distance of most Prague sights. And very close to a stop on the No. 22 tram. On the top floor of a four-story building with no elevator, so it might be a bit of a daunting walk up for the elderly or those with weak knees. But it was perfectly fine for the four of us--a couple with two teenage daughters. Directly across the street is a lovely and affordable wine bar.

Nice accommodation in the heart of Prague

Modern and nicely decorated. Smaller cosmetic repairs should not be postponed too long. On the whole a great place to stay. Last but not least the staff was really very nice.

Wunderschöne Maisonettewohnung

Genau wie auf den Fotos. Es müssen über 100 Treppenstufen gemeistert werden, um in diese DG Wohnung zu kommen, das lohnt sich aber. Auch die Lage ist prima. Nur ein paar Meter von der Moldau und der Tram entfernt, fußläufig zur Karlsbrücke. Trotzdem ruhig und sehr grosszügig. Gute Tips und reibungsloser Ablauf durch den Vermieter.
