Este amplio y luminoso apartamento de 600 pies cuadrados se encuentra en la pintoresca comunidad de "South Pigalle" en la parte superior del distrito 9, justo debajo de Montmartre. Es un piso de dos pisos, que consta de un dormitorio con una cama doble, un amplio baño con ducha "lluvia", lavadora / secadora y una sala de estar / comedor / cocina bien equipada. Hay un cómodo sofá cama extraíble en la amplia sala de estar (teléfono con llamadas gratuitas a la mayoría de los lugares, TV y Wifi). Los electrodomésticos y accesorios exclusivos son nuevos, como lavavajillas, placa de inducción, horno de convección y refrigerador / congelador.
Te sentirás parte de la vida cotidiana parisina en esta estructura de principios del siglo XIX con vigas de techo talladas a mano y altas ventanas francesas. Sus serviciales anfitriones viven en el piso de arriba y están felices de proporcionar información para que su estadía en París sea agradable.
En la planta baja del edificio, encontrará la maravillosa Buvette, descrita por Bon Appetit Mag. como "El mejor pequeño bistro en París". Aquí inevitablemente conocerá a todo el personal joven, amigable e internacional.

Very charming, well equipped, large property (by typical Paris standards). Nicely furnished. Walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Many good places to dine and shop in the nearby neighborhood. We would happily stay here again.

Feels like a home away from home! Very clean, roomy, private apartment located in a real French neighborhood with close proximity to shops, restaurants and sights We walked everywhere. I loved this apartment and could see myself living there. It was clean, spacious and had everything anyone would need for a stay of any length. Though we didn’t get a chance to meet face to face, Linda is a great host. She made sure someone was there to greet us and left impeccable instructions and suggestions about the apartment and the whole area. If I ever get back to Paris, this is where I would want to stay.

Spacious and Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay at Linda's apartment in South Pigalle - what a rare find! My husband and our 13-year old daughter stayed there for one week in August. Despite the heat outside, the apartment kept very cool and comfortable at night. Although there was A/C available, we didn't feel the need to turn it on most nights. We loved exploring the area and shopping for delicious cheese, bread and produce along Rue des Martyrs. It was also easy to get to any of the major tourist sites by metro. Linda was very friendly and communicative and offered wonderful suggestions for restaurants in the area. I would 100% recommend her apartment and hope to come back for another visit.

We had a delightful time here at Linda and Pierre’s flat in the Pigalle Neighborhood. It was easy to get to places. The metro was a very short walk. The Market Street was fabulous! The description given on the website is very accurate and is perfectly located to the Metro, so you can easily explore the city with ease. We felt the apartment was good value for money and we would happily stay there again.

Could not ask for more

Excellent location that is a short walk from 2 Metro Stations, surrounded by more food options that you could ever visit. Comfortable bed in a separate room, large living space with lots of light, and a very large bathroom with a 2in1 washer/dryer. Kitchen has all the basics and we found it a godsend after a long day of walking to come back and pick up bread, cheese, charcuterie, salad, and wine for a relaxing meal, then pop out for a walk to get dessert.Linda and Pierre were consummate hosts - available but not intrusive, and they helped us with questions about the area and our visit. We paln to be back, and will stay here again

A wonderful find in an interesting and very warm part of Paris

We all loved our stay in South Pigalle. The details make all the difference. The flat was well organized and could not have been better suited for a comfortable stay. Linda was an excellent host; she briefed us well and left us to explore one of our favorite places on this planet. So Pi is a very friendly and welcoming neighborhood, and the flat has excellent access to Montmartre. We found it a very interesting point to find our way to as much of Paris as one can absorb in a week. We want to live there forever. Pierre Bonnard would have loved the flat. And maybe he did. We certainly felt his vibe. And that's always a good thing.

Fantastic Week in Paris

Linda and her whole family were fantastic hosts. The apartment is just as advertised and was very comfortable for me and my 19year old son during the 2024 Olympics. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable to most anywhere we wanted to go and a quick Metro ride from the farther away venues of the Olympics. It was a warm week so having AC was a must as well. If we find ourselves back in Paris we would love to stay again.

Comfortable and classy

This apartment more than satisfies expectations from the description. It is spacious (far larger than ordinary Paris apartments), clean, well-equipped, quiet, and hosted by welcoming and helpful owners. This is an unexpected oasis for even a seasoned traveler—the best space I have rented in Europe.

Love SOPI Neighborhood

This SOPI Location and neighborhood is a perfect spot in Paris in my view because after a long day of site seeing you come back to a friendly place/neighborhood vibe with an abundance of options to eat, drink, find high quality specialty items from Charcuterie to wine, cheese, and pastries as well as groceries around every corner. This location is also close to Montmartre which is a great place to explore. St George Metro stop was just 2 short blocks away (line 12) which worked great for getting us down to the Seine/some sites and/or connecting with other lines but you could also walk there in a beautiful meandering 1/2 hour. Pigalle Metro stop is also a few blocks away. Our Host Linda was incredibly helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean, a nice size with a very comfortable bed, great shower, and nice flower boxes in courtyard side windows providing a relaxing haven to call home for our stay. there can sometimes be street noise in the evenings but this is very manageable (white noise apps mentioned in other reviews work). We are happy to recommend this apartment for a home base for all the reasons mentioned.

Feel like a Parisienne

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable apartment in South Pigalle. We were able to walk to delicious food places and markets - including an incredible GF bakery. The metro stop was also conveniently close by. Linda was very attentive and responded quickly to our messages. We did not want to leave!

Excellent Paris Stay

I'll make this easy, if this apartment is available, book it. We stayed here for six days in April. The apartment is spacious, not by Paris standards but any large city's standards. It's conveniently located by two Metro stops, numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Linda was very prompt with any questions we asked and is an outstanding host. There was some street noise in the bedroom but a noise maker app on my phone took care of that. We would gladly stay here again.

An amazing modern apartment in one of the best areas in Paris!

We booked this apartment on VRBO after comparing other offerings. This one seemed to be the best and we were more the satisfied by the cleanliness, appearance and features in the apartment. Pay TV, Wifi and security. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful with getting us in the apartment and providing good recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Our second stay, and it won’t be our last!

Our first stay in Linda’s apartment was six years ago, when we celebrated our 30th anniversary. We had a wonderful time and got to know the neighbourhood a little. When we finally had the opportunity to return to Paris, there was only one place we thought about staying: Linda’s apartment, again. We love the location, with its abundance of restaurants and cafés. It’s also conveniently located to two or three Metro stations. The real bonus for us, though, is the proximity to the Rue de Martyrs, with the best food shopping we’ve seen anywhere. We prepared some nice meals in the well-equipped kitchen during our stay. Linda is a great host and even loaned me some tools to make an emergency repair to my suitcase to keep our travels on track. This is truly a home away from home for us and we look forward to our next visit.
