Enjoy breathtaking views of the pool, ocean, and beach from the two oceanfront balconies of this penthouse unit at High Point South. Spanning two levels, the downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and oceanfront balcony, while upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, two baths, and an oceanfront balcony off the master bedroom. The unit comes fully equipped with a kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and A/C. A laundry room is conveniently located on the penthouse level. Parking is available for 2 cars, with a non-refundable parking fee of approximately $40 per car due upon arrival. Off-season weekends are available. This property accommodates up to 6 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided, but a linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional charge.

Property owner does not take care of unit. PH9 - Needs repairs and fixes! Property manager was very helpful. But will not stay in unit again due to the level of outdated, uncleanliness - old and dirty!

Property needs a major facelift

I’ve been coming to ocean city my entire life, and I’ve never stayed in such a rundown unit. For the price I paid, over $3k, I was frankly disgusted with the condition of the space. First and foremost, the upstairs air conditioner is completely useless. There is a giant gap between the air conditioner and the wall, leading to various bugs getting in. There is mold around the air conditioner and radiators, which are rusty and disgusting. The layout of the kitchen doesn’t work at all, you’re not able to access half the counter space due to a refrigerator blocking the space. The couch and carpets are so old and used, it’s like they’re permanently a little wet, which makes sitting down or walking barefoot very uncomfortable. To be honest half the space was completely unusable. The bathtubs had no stopping mechanism so I was unable to give my kids proper baths….the air conditioners didn’t keep the rooms cool….i could go on with my dissatisfaction but you get the picture. I will say Gail the property manager was wonderful with letting me express my concerns, and she really tried to do whatever was in her power to make the stay more comfortable. I’m aware that high point south is an older building, but many other units have been renovated and have kept up with the times. I would really never stay at this property again, and I would not recommend anyone else stay.

Nice, above average

The unit has some major updates, but needs a few minor updates (door knobs, leaking kitchen faucet, silverware etc.) A vacuum and mop for the renter to use would've been nice.

This condo needed a deep cleaning!!

Ac smelled. Bath carpets moldy. Lightbulbs were out. K- sink dripped. Unsecured back balcony. Anyone has access to your condo. Don’t rent here.

No wifi in 2021?

The upstairs bathrooms were nicely updated but there was a musty smell throughout the entire upstairs. The lack of wifi was very disappointing as it should be assumed in this day in age. The building was nice and has a great pool and very easy beach access. Parking was not included in the south building for some reason although it was listed as having 2 parking spots.
