This ocean block 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom 3rd floor walk up, end unit condo is just steps away from the expansive, uncrowded beaches of North Ocean City. The 3rd floor balcony offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and stunning sunsets over Assawoman Bay. Park in your assigned space and put your keys away! Location is a short walk to shopping, grocery store, Northside Park, and an enormous variety of restaurants including Higgins Crab House, Tequila Mockingbird, The Crab Bag, Duffy's and Alley Oops - to name just a few! If you want to venture from North Ocean City, simply catch the beach bus directly across Coastal Highway. Enjoy Sundaes in the Park every Sunday from June through August with free live entertainment, activities for children, ice cream - stick around after dark for the free fireworks display!
Enjoy all of the comforts of home in the spacious, open floor plan living area including flat screen TV, Lazy Boy couches, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig, washer/dryer, plenty of seating at dining table and breakfast bar. Bedroom accommodations include queen bed in the master and two full beds in the second bedroom. All linens and bath towels are provided!
Free parking for 1 vehicle in assigned spot in with ample off-street parking for additional vehicles.

Due to HOA requirements guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We live in the Annapolis area and have owned this condo for 20 years - enjoyed the uncrowded, pristine beach and have made countless memories while raising our two children here. The beach is about 3-minute walk from the unit; spend the day on the beach from morning until sundown, convenience is key! We love having a connection to our guests and hope they can create memories of their own at this property.

We love the location of this condo because it offers so much to do and see within walking distance. We park our car and don't need to drive anywhere unless we want to, anything you need is walkable. Northside Park is expansive and offers something for all ages - including gorgeous bay views, lush landscaping, enormous fishing/crabbing pier, paddle boarding, and tons of playground equipment. Walk or bicycle on the miles of trails that wind through the park.

Location, location, location...the condo is convenient to everything in quiet, family friendly North Ocean City. The condo is bright, open and offers a comfortable beachy feel.
