We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the gates and community pool, as well as any inconvenience caused by the front door code not working. We will be sure to review our communication processes to ensure that future guests receive clear and accurate instructions but we do provide the clubhouse information on our email so our guests can know which clubhouse they need to go to. Regarding the supplies in the home, we do provide a starter supply of basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap. However, it is our policy to let guests know ahead of time that they may need to bring their own supplies for the duration of their stay. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly enough. As a pet-friendly home with constant reservations, normal wear, stains, and damage can unfortunately occur, and while we work to maintain the property, we’re not always able to replace furniture and flooring after every stay. That said, we understand there is a limit to acceptable wear and quality. Your comments will be reviewed.
