Beautifully appointed one-bedroom unit with timber floorboards and ducted air conditioning throughout. Large open plan living area with a wall mounted Smart TV with free unlimited Wi-Fi and Queen Sofa Bed, well equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family sizes fridge/ freezer.

Main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as the air conditioning, TV, and access to the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow right through.

Neat and tidy bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity, and internal laundry with a top loading washing machine. The unit also provides a single secure car space.

The complex has a residence shared pool plus the use of the residence lounge area with pool table and commercial style kitchen. Also available for guests’ use is the main resort pool which has a fantastic child’s section, indoor heated pool plus multiple spas, day spa and gym are also included.

Convenience of being able to use all of the Resort facilities and having a lift. Five minute walk to the gorgeous white sands of Shoal Bay beach and Tomaree Mountain is only a short stroll away, will endure breathtaking views from the summit.

Dirty and unhygienic apartment

The room was disappointing, dirty and unhygienic. It seems as though the room was not cleaned beforehand. We had to make the trip to Woolworths ourselves and purchase cleaning products just to make the room clean enough to stay in, as well as an air diffuser to disguise the smell in the bedroom as it smelt unclean even after removing the linen from the room. Once we sorted the bedroom out we moved on to the sofa bed, when pulling out the sofa bed we were faced with a large yellow urine stain on the mattress, black hairs and a blood stain. The owners should have never allowed guests to stay in that apartment if this is their standard of clean. We then had to go and buy a blow up mattress again out of pocket, which we shouldn’t have had to do since we paid to stay in a clean apartment that was meant to sleep 4. We moved the lounge back to fit the mattress on the ground and underneath was a mess there was dirt, a used tissue, crumbs, dust, a dirty comb, a uno card and more so we moved the lounge back over the top as I am not cleaning up somebody else’s mess. Overall we had a disappointing stay, regardless of the smell, we expected at least a clean apartment and a clean space to sleep.

Convenience of staying right at The Country Club and having spectacular water views, use of all facilities as the resort and a lift. All this and just across the road from the gorgeous white sands of Shoal Bay beach. Tomaree Mountain is only a short stroll away, will endure breathtaking views from the summit.
