La ubicación: este moderno apartamento de natación se encuentra en Pacific Blue Resort en Salamander Bay. The Apartment - Un apartamento de dos niveles con aire acondicionado, planta abierta que vive en la planta baja. TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, reproductor de CD y salida al balcón con acceso directo a la piscina. La moderna cocina cuenta con lavavajillas, microondas, horno y anafe. El dormitorio se encuentra en el piso superior, con una cama king (no se puede dividir) y una cama plegable (ideal para un niño), un baño y un balcón adicional con vista a la piscina. Más una lavandería interna con lavadora y secadora y estacionamiento fuera de la calle para un auto.

One bedroom swim out villa

Beautiful location.Villa was dirty with bottle caps on the balcony and throughout the villa, under coffee table, in the drawers in the kitchen. Big out dated furniture.

Room was amazing and pool facility. Only down side, room smelt very damp and mouldy.. once we aired it out it was amazing. Maybe get in and air them out in between stays.

The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend.

Location location

Ideal location and ambience. Pool and spa were kept clean. Overall clean and neat. Shower leaked out under the bottom onto floor Fresh linen supplied. Make your own bed. Well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn't appreciate the bed not being made, and having to do it ourselves. No face washer with our towel set. Great location, restaurant and bar were lovely.

Great Place for Family Hoilday

Beautiful location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Unfortunately there is some brokenblinds which need to be fixed. People can see in apartment. Not good fo4 changing purposes.

Not happy

It was very expensive for what we got it had broken shutters n weeds growing on the patio cigarettes butts and kitchen lacking in basic equipment no soap no shampoo n we had to make our own bed on arrival

beautiful location

Our apartment was fairly tidy and clean, reception staff were very friendly, there was toilet paper provided and fresh linen + towels. short drive to the beach and surrounded by many fun day time activities, very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back!

Really run down shutters broken inoperative without real force flie screen has holes need to make own bed on arrival pile of mess in corner of bedroom ie towels bed sheets cushions blankets weeds and cob webs all around property front court yard full of cigarette butts in and around drain having to drop keys at the agents office in town very inconvieant inside rubbish bin full of rubbish and very filthy on outside

Beautiful property and location

Property was a 4.5/5 stars; it was beautiful, clean and the perfect get away. Location was also immaculate. The staff at the bar/cafe on site were very kind and made wonderful cocktails.

Pure relaxation

The location was great and having the pool along our backyard was perfect and kept the kids preoccupied the whole day and early bedtimes. All grocery essentials were in the mall opposite our townhouse.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and overall a very nice resort. Our room had very high quality furnishings, but up close, things are in need of some maintenance work. Broken shutters, shredded carpet and lack of basic upkeep. Small things make a difference. Our soap dispenser was empty and the bedroom was dusty, plus there was a used handowel on the rail whenn we arrived. I expected more for the price.

Lovely complex, layout and facilities. While the apartment was clean, the ground floor living room carpet had a strong odour of mould. My wife and son are allergic to mould and so had strong reactions. I strongly recommend the ground floor carpet is replaced with a waterproof hard floor like lino or ceramic tiles so water or moisture brought in from the pool can be wiped up easily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife,son and I enjoyed a peaceful lazy stay at the property. Overall condition and amenities were good. While the property cleanliness was good, the ground floor living room carpet gave off a very strong mouldy odour. The property owner should consider changing the carpet to a hard floor with ceramic tiles or lino. It's obvious pool water is inadvertently brought into the living room carpet by guests not bothering to dry themselves before coming into the living room. It's inevitable the damp carpet then develops mould.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort for many years.The way the property is maintained is very poor with pealing paint, a very dirty swimming pool and weeds everywhere. Oaks certainly shows very little care for the management of the property.If you are seeking a quite peaceful stay then this will be very hard to get at this resort. Families with small kids have infiltrated the place and some show no regard for other guests as they jump, throw rubbish and glass all over the place.Have reported this to Oakes but they did not care at all. Wont be returning here as will stay elsewhere next time we are in Port Stephens.
