This is the cabin you’ve been waiting for! Everything has been recently renovated so you’ll feel right at home. The private, treated pond is perfect for swimming and playing during the day, then you’ll want to spend all night by the fire pit roasting marshmallows.

The rental is pet-friendly! Feel free to bring your furry friend. We simply ask that you include your pet when booking. There is an additional $15/night pet fee which will be added to the stay.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: laundry, A/C (window units), gas and charcoal grills, RV electric hookups. Lots of great outdoor toys including paddle boat, toys, outdoor shower, picnic table, and firepi. Bunk room includes TV w/ DVD player and plenty of extra games, toys, etc. for little ones.

** Wifi Now Added - Starting 2025, the cabin will have Wifi with Smart TV. Cable no longer included, guests will have access to their prefered streaming apps.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee is available for guest use. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: Fantastic location in Free Soil, this cabin has lots of privacy and great outdoor space. Just minutes to either Ludington or Manistee for tons of shopping, restaurants, etc. Cabin is about an hour from Traverse City and 2 ½ from Grand Rapids.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
