Constructed in 2012, every detail of the more than 2000 square foot house has been custom designed for luxury and to take advantage of the amazing ocean view. Open concept living at it's best, the great room contains the kitchen, dining and living areas to comfortably bring everyone together. Wall to wall window's flood the room with light and the soaring vaulted ceilings give an expansive and airy feel to the space. The living area is centered around the massive one-of-a-kind Island Stone fireplace and the large dining table will comfortably accommodate the entire group. For the chefs (and general food lovers!) the well-equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a huge island for food preparation and socializing while taking full advantage of the ocean view. Finally, there is a screened-in room off the kitchen for barbecuing.

The master bedroom suite is separate from the other bedrooms at one end of the house. The master features an antique queen size four poster bed and lots of windows providing great water views. The spacious master bathroom has a deep soaker tub surrounded by windows and a separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has an antique queen size four poster bed with great water views. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is separated from the second bedroom by the main bathroom with shower.

For the golfers in the group the championship Links at Crowbush Cove is just a 10 minute drive. Within 30 - 45 minutes you can also be teeing off at, Brudenell River, Dundarave, Eagles Glenn, Andersons Creek, Glasgow Hills, Stanhope and Green Gables golf courses.

For restaurants, activities, shopping and amenities the capital city of Charlottetown is just a 25 minute drive. Looking for fresh seafood right off the boat? Covehead Harbour is just 20 minutes away. And if a day at one of our National Parks locations is in order, Greenwich, Stanhope, Dalvay and Brackley are also just a 20 minute drive.
