To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

You will be greeted by a service coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.



We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.



Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.



To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to the Arnold Palmer Security Gate. Once past the gate, you will see the property on your left-hand side, just past the community pool.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We pay a company to pick up the trash on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.
