South Seas Tower 3-1709- Stunning Beach Views!

Paradise awaits on Marco beach!! Imagine, waking up each morning to beach and views as far as you can see from your expansive private balcony and then enjoying amazing views in the evening. This completely remodeled unit is located on the 17th floor with two bedroom/two baths. It has picturesque Gulf views (with sliders) from both bedrooms as well as the living room. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with an ironing board. Beach Cart and accessories (toys, umbrella, chairs, shell collecting tools, cooler, towels) for the easily accessed beach are provided. Pickleball equipment, puzzles, card games are also provided. Enjoy the large freshwater pool or walk the well maintained grounds. There is a separate grilling area for residents and their guests.

The kitchen is well equipped including both a coffee pot and a Keurig, juice maker, mixer, blender and much more. There are additional storage shelves in the kitchen to keep you organized as you relax. New washers and dryers in 2022 are conveniently located just down the hall.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agree to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understand that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
