The house is very nice, well furnished and stocked with all kinds of kitchen necessities. I was very happy to see a large selection of stainless steal pots and pans. The house is centrally located and it’s easy to get around in various directions. A short and easy bike ride to the beach. We definitely plan on renting it for our next trip to HHI.

The house is conveniently located. The description should state the house has a locked door in the family room that leads to another part of the house that is not part of the rental. But we have rented the house twice and enjoyed our stay.

Great Cottage, Great Location

Great cottage with just the right amount of room for a family of four. Close to the beach and Harbor Town. The Sea Pines resort in general is just a very nice, well kept location. I would absolutely it recommend to anyone.

Cottage Home at 2 Lawton Road

Very nice and clean home!! Perfect size for our family! Decorated nice and comfortable! Everything was great. Only thing I must have misread is I thought there was a pool for the people who stayed in the area that was part of the price that we could walk to, but it was is not in walking distance and there was a fee to get in. But besides that it was very nice! Would definitely recommend staying at their beautiful home!

Nice cottage!!

Very nice cottage with comfortable furnishings, 2 full baths ( with awesome water pressure!) Appreciated having a few games to try out and tvs in living area and both bathrooms. Meagan our property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We had a few minor glitches with the thermostat when we arrived that was resolved promptly. Great place to stay, close to shopping centers and the beach (#44) access was easy. Loved the island !

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time! House was great for family of five. Biking is not as accessible for young children, but we did not plan to bike this visit. Close to everything!

Great location and space, will be back again

Loved this place, great location, easy walk to beach and bike paths, very comfortable, clean and like that it was all one level. Quiet and private, especially since it was on corner lot. Felt very comfortable in the space. We've stayed in Sea Pines for years and would recommend this cottage for anyone needing 2BR. We also enjoyed playing cornhole, that was an unexpected treat. We hope to stay here again.

Nice Little House

The house was super clean, beds were soft and comfortable for a side sleeper. Location was perfect for the beach. My only wish was that the back yard was more enclosed because we were right on the corner with a view on the street, so it didn't have a feeling of being in a back yard. The refrigerator also made a whole lot of noise, so we had to turn it off and on. Maybe the compressor needs replacement. Thanks for the stay!

5 day stay

Property very clean. We always appreciate beach towels on the property,but in this case,had to buy some,and now have to find room in our luggage to take them home. Master bathroom sink is running slow. Apparently all tv watching must be done streaming.

Nice place off the beaten path

This small home lacks the views and convenience of some other places in Sea Pines where we have stayed, but has 2 BR and 2 BA. It’s fine if you don’t mind driving and parking. Beach Club (parking) not included so drive to the shuttle lot and take it to/from the beach. The jellyfish were terrible. Apparently that’s not unusual for August.

Nice property, but could use some upgrades

This is a nice property but NEEDS a king size bed in the master and a fridge that dispenses filtered water. We had to drink bottled water the entire stay. Also, we were give ZERO information regarding pool and beach access, we had to ask for it. We’ve stayed in a lot of beach houses and we have never been given so little information regarding our neighborhood. Nice place, management company needs some work.

Great location with everything we needed, but a little dirty.

The location of the cottage is great - right on the bike path, and about 5-7min to the beach via bike. We had everything we needed at the cottage. Check in and check out were very easy, and communication with the property manager was fast. I did need to reach out when we checked in as we found the owner's closet without its padlock. She replied quickly! The cottage itself is a little dirty. We found someone else's hair on the dresser, something.. slimy ..in the shower, and a dead centipede stuck to the underside of the sheets (we didn't find this until we were stripping beds on check out day). There was also a bucket of used cleaning rags underneath the kitchen sink. I let the property manager know in my review for them, as well. In the front bedroom, only one outlet worked - the one with the tv plugged into it. This wasn't really a huge inconvenience for us - we can charge phones elsewhere, but something I made the property manager aware of, as well.

This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Sea Pines

This is a nice little cottage in Sea Pines. Close to the beach and both the front and back gates. The property manager was very responsive. Very comfortable place with the exception of the beds. Both beds need to be upgraded and a king bed would make this the perfect rental.

Peaceful Setting & Great Location

We stayed here for 5 weeks, and loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The patio view was of nature rather than other buildings, and it was just a short walk to a BEAUTIFUL beach. Rick, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location for other areas

This location was perfect for our visits to Savannah, Tybee Island, as well as Charleston. Great amenities for just enjoying what the Island has to offer. This VRBO home was the perfect size for the two of us.
