Located on the garden side of the South Tower, this beautifully decorated fourth-floor residence offers an extra measure of privacy along with serene garden ocean vistas. You will find two master suites, one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. The second bedroom has 4 full-size bunk beds which can sleep either 4 adults or up to 8 children. This unit has been newly remodeled in Fall 2018 with all brand new with a beautiful modern palette, this vacation home showcases the hallmark of island living (updated photos forthcoming). | | The Residences are a collection of luxury rental apartments and homes located in the North and South Towers of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. Another Perfect Stay at the Residences

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff are amazing. Every need was met, from the smallest, to the largest. We were a large group making countless changes to reservations, excursions, and the staff was on top of every need and change.

It was all about the Ritz!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We actually had reservations on Cayman Brac but because of repeated flight cancellations on the part of Cayman Air, we gave up and started looking for accommodations for our family of 8 on Grand Cayman (GC). Fortunately, we made contact with the Ritz Carlton Residences through Hazel Fowmes. Hazel was very helpful and came in on her day off to accommodate us in 2 units. Both units were lovely, spacious and well appointed. The RC staff is very attentive and eager to address guest needs. I don’t think we have found this level of service anywhere in the Caribbean even at Four Seasobs, Rosewood, or Viceroy resorts. The water and beach were very nice. We appreciated the variety of water sports that were available however, the boundaries were too limited and by the end of our trip, water activities we usually llove, like sailing, did not appeal to us because of the boundaries. The jet skis were a serious disappointment. We don’t usually find them at luxury resorts they are noisy and smelly and ruin the peacefulness of the beach. All the restaurants and room service meals were excellent. We appreciated the choices and quality of ingredients . Although the RC staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable, we had some negative experiences. First, there should be security on the beach. On one occasion an older man, not a guest at the resort, approached our family and tried to take photos of our young children and other young children on the beach. We attempted to block him from doing so but this would not have happened with security. On another occasion, I walked down the beach with our young children and a local man followed our 5 year old. When I noticed him, I stopped but he stopped as well. We waited for him to leave and he did not. I had to call my son to meet us . RC security would not have helped in that situation because we were down the beach from RC. The second iproblem was predatory pricing by taxis. We were charged $94 for a 1.5 mike trip

Reviewer Comments: we have stayed at the Ritz Grand Cayman many times, and this was one of the best stays and overall experiences. we rented a residence unit and the experience and service from the beginning in making the arrangements with Vanessa to the days leading up to our arrival with Mahalia were so easy and amazing.when we arrived at the unit it was flawless we could not ask for anything more we had everything we needed and it made our week stay with my family just so easy, an overall amazing experience and the unit 403 is amazing the owners are very fortunate to have a beautiful unit at The Ritz Grand Cayman with an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets every evening.
