Our stay was top-notch from every angle. From our check in with Alfanso to the support from the entire staff over the week-plus we stayed in Parrot 1, the experience met and in some cases exceeded our expectations. The facility is clean and staff are available to help at any time. The private beach is smack in the middle of the nicest stretch of 7 Mile Beach. We have nothing to say but good things about our visit to Boggy Sands.

Our Stay at Boggy Sands was amazing! Our Condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The power company was doing work in the area one day and we lost power to the building, causing the AC and Elevator not to work, Alfonso and his team were quick to address the issues and get us back up and running. The private beach was incredible; the beach bus stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and toys for all ages absolutely made the stay for our family! If there was one suggestion we could make, it would be to have a few more hooks in the showers for hanging wet bathing suits and maybe add a throw blanket or two for the living room to snuggle up in after a long day in the sun. It will be hard to top this vacation for our family!

Perfect place in a wonderful location

We stayed in Parrot on the first floor. My family of nine, aged 7-74 loved everything about the place. The condo is absolutely beautiful and all agreed it was their favorite rental ever. The private beach is gorgeous and a short walk from the condo. The staff was phenomenal, especially Alphonso. Love this place so much-cannot wait to return.

Hidden gem, with many amenities!

Such a special space and experience! Our group of ten was made up of a family of five, 6-year old, 4-year old and 9 month old! And a few more family couples. This space felt so complete for everyone in our group! The location was extremely safe, and within driving distance to activities, restaurants and shopping. This gem to the Caymans has all of the perfect amenities, from being a large space to share with the group, pool, roof-top sun space, short walk to the beach, full kitchen for cooking meals, and many spaces to spread out into. Lastly, let me tell you about the Boggy Sands Bus!!... coming with busy children and adults, the bus is filled with every water/sand toy that you can think of. Having to come to a new area by plane, this helped us out with not having to pack anything! Now, let me talk about their staff!!! Upon arrival, you are given a thorough tour of the space, are checked upon daily, and given a wonderful response time for anything needed. To the Boggy Sands staff, thank you for creating such a gem of a location! We are so happy with this experience and will remember the Caymans for it. Thank you for hosting our family get-away.

The BEST!!!!

Dear Boggy Sands, I would like to thank everyone who made our stay so amazing! We traveled with 6 of our children (aged 1-17). This was one of a select few places that has enough bedrooms, & bathrooms for our family, and that is 7 Mile Beach accessible. The suites are fully stocked with all amenities. The Beach Club is located on the BEST stretch of 7Mile Beach! No where else has the beach equipment all included with your stay. Even a little turtle pool with fresh water access to set up a little baby pool. Since we travel with little ones, a private, safe, and quiet accommodation is a must for us. Did I also mention that there is an amazing all day food buffet in the market a short walk away. The staff at Boggy Sands were all so incredible. They went out of their way to help with all of our needs. We shed a few tears when we left as it was such a great stay. We also stayed at an upscale resort in Rum Point, but this was SO much better. You are close to everything in town, the best beach, a private pool, the list goes on.

Schools Out, Get to the Beach

Our children's school was out for a week in October, so we decided to head to the beach. We had been to GC the previous year, so it was a no brainer. There were two families of 4 with all boys. We looked on VRBO and quickly found Boggy Sands. This place had everything we wanted! Plenty of space, private rooms for the adults, bunk room for the kids, pool, and of course private beach access! Could not be happier with our choice! Alphonso and team made us feel at home right away. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Boggy Sands Club. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more). We would definitely stay at Boggy Sand Club next time we visit Grand Cayman.

Fun Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family of 7 - 3 couples and one child. Everyone having their own bathroom and bedroom was the best. The child's room was adorable - my granddaughter loved it. Having the grocery store one block away was extremely convenient. The beach was adequate, but noisy, drunk patrons were a nuisance. The pool needed skimming & attention. We loved Alfonso.

Beautiful Condo and Facility

Our stay at the Boggy Sands Beach Club was wonderful. The condo itself was gorgeous, immaculate, and had all the amenities to help us have a chance comfortable stay. The grounds themself are equally well cared for. There is a less than five minute walk to the beach. You can watch the sunset from there or the roof. All the staff was helpful and made it easy to set up a beach camp, paddle board, and kayak. It is also a 5 minute walk to a major grocery store for those people who are staying with a family and a liquor store for adult beverages.

Family vacation , wonderful stay

Family of 8, 6 adults , 2 children. Plenty of room, each with own bathroom which was a HUGE plus ! Clean, lovely, beach was fabulous, clean and probably the #1 reason why we booked as we hate having to “reserve” chairs and umbrellas. Alfonso is excellent and kind and Shay was ALWAYS available via chat and helped us with any questions. Foresters store and liquor store nearby got a lot of our business!!!! This was a special vacation for us , beautiful unit and I would,def stay there again. A bit north of busy 7 mile beach ( we rented a big van) so if that ok , this is a lovely big unit. Beautiful Condo with great location

Boggy Sands Parrot 1 was a very beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 8. The location is wonderful as it is close to food store, liquor store and a few restaurants. Pool Pavilion is very nice with a lovely well maintained pool. Lots of pool toys available for use. It is a short walk down a quiet road to get to the Boggy Sands private beach. At the beach there are a lot of chairs. Alfonso was there to help set up umbrellas, get out paddleboards, kayaks, etc. Very helpful. He also spent time doing crafts with the children. The only issue we had was the dishwasher in the unit had the bottom rack being difficult to get in and out. We informed the staff about the DW. We still managed to use it but it was tricky. Overall we loved our stay at Boggy Sands and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay

This was our first time in Grand Cayman, but we will be back. The condo was perfect in every way and I plan to re-rent this location. It was only four of us, but there was more than enough room for another family. Great stay and I cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic week!!

Sunny blue skies & turquoise water when traveling with family made it extremely hard to leave Boggy Sands!! Parrot 1 was an incredible upscale condo (ground floor) supplied with everything you could possibly need. If there were any needs or questions Ruaneik or Shay were easily accessible. Boggy Sands beach club was a private beach area with everything you would want to enjoy on a comfortable day at the beach, We loved chatting with Alfonso and he always made sure that we were beach setup ready for the day. Having the grocery store, liquor store and Bayside restaurant within walking distance was a huge plus! We would love to return yearly!!

Great Condo for Large Parties of All Ages

Great West Bay condo. We were a party of 9, all adults except for one toddler. The condo was as advertised. We had 4 separate rooms that allowed everyone their own space, and enough bathrooms for each room. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is fantastic. The pool is close by, and the beach a little further. The beach is nice and only people from the other condos are there. There is a beach supervisor, Alfonso who is wonderful and can assist with any beach items you need. One of us did scuba for a day, another day we rented a boat for snorkeling and Sting Ray city and Starfish Point, and most of the group took another boat to Bioluminescent Bay. All the boats left from the Yacht Club which is not far at all. Restaurants are close by. Bay Side is walkable and makes good pizza for a late night snack or dinner. Maracuba and Cracked Conch are not far and the food is excellent. If you walk down the back road you can find Heritage Kitchen which is a little hole in the wall (no alcohol, but liquor store around corner). You can walk to Foster's -Republix for groceries and there is a liquor store next door. The condo has wagons to take for shopping if you want to walk the 3 - 5 minutes! Our check-in was a bit rough, because we could not get in at 4pm due to cleaning and multiple folks showing up at once, but Shay rectified it by providing us a bit later check out and we were happy. If you rent, download What's App on your phone. It is the best way to communicate with Shay who is the Office Manager. Also put the address of the condo location in your phone, not the address of the condo. 2307 West Bay Rd. We had a bit of trouble finding at first, but Shay assisted us. Renique (not spelled correctly) is involved in the property management, and he assisted us in a couple of minor issues and is a great guy to talk to if you have questions too. Overall, everyone was impresses and thrilled with everything offered. It was a memorable trip, and we truly enjoyed the condo and everything it offered.

Paradise and professionalism

We had the MOST amazing time at Boggy Sands! From the communication beforehand to the greeting at check in and everything in between. The property is impeccable, the beach club literal perfection, the staff super attentive, and it’s walking distance to restaurants and stores. We could not have had a better time! Fabulous girls trip!

I was blown away at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect and honestly better than any five star resort on seven mile beach. The condo was spacious and modern and had everything we needed. The beach was so close and private and we had access to kayaks and chairs and snorkel equipment. Property management, specifically Michael Prowery, was so responsive and attentive to anything we needed. We will be back for sure!!

Boggy Sand Club is just off Seven Mile Beach. Boggy Sand Road is a mixture of Historical Cayman Homes and Luxury Mansions. There are no Hotels or large condo complexes, thus it is very quiet and tranquil. You will have the beach all to your self.
