Apartamento de 1 dormitorio cuenta con pisos de terrazo brillantes, cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos y de cuarzo encimeras .El nuevo cuarto de baño tiene una cabina de vidrio del mar en la ducha con asiento . Una cama de matrimonio espera en el dormitorio y el océano inspirado arte decora todo el piso. . The location is excellent, and the home has charming decor, a dedicated parking spot, and a friendly host.However, the unit could benefit from a deep clean, and the bathroom (water damage visible on the wall outside the shower, excess moisture and dampness since no bathroom fan, black corners in the shower, having to plunge the toilet for just toilet paper, slow flowing sink) left us unsatisfied. We also chose to not use the washer and dryer (outside the unit) nor the bikes (due to rusty chains).

I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. I apologize for the condition of the bathroom and we'll have a strict word with my cleaners in regards to stepping up their efforts. The building itself was built in 1949, which is why the bathroom does not have an Associated vent fan as well as the washer and dryer being outside as 220 volt power was never part of the building and wasn't installed until the mid-2000s. As for the condition of the bike chains, surface rust forms within 2 to 3 months when new of exposure to the Salt Air at the beach and I can promise it's only surface and no aspects have been compromised.

Adorable Beach House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Paullee’s Beach House.Cahn was an awesome host. This property has everything you need for the beach, including bikes.The back yard is so relaxing & having a parking spot is a huge bonus.The location is perfect & so convenient to the beach & Broadwalk.We look forward to booking this property again the next time we are in the area!

Mom's birthday

The family surprise mom with a trip to the beach. We couldn't have picked a better place. The bed was amazing, kitchen perfect for all of our needs. We loved the front porch, the back yard. A few steps to the boardwalk, the smell of the ocean, all of the wonderful restaurants. We can't wait to return again.

Great time!

We loved everything about this property and Hollywood Beach. The house was perfect for our stay 6 day stay. It was a short walk to everything we wanted or needed, they provided beach chairs & towels, bikes and had a great private space in the back. We will be back.

Paulee's beach house

Great location, just down from the beach. On site parking was great too. No need to find parking. Enough kitchen room to buy groceries and make meals. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Great place. You can walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. Loved walking Broadwalk everyday. Happy hour in back yard under the tree. Place was very well stocked. Definitely take water taxi to Fort Lauderdale for the day. Just a wonderful stay.

Perfect beach vacation

My husband and I spent 2 perfect weeks at this lovely beach house. The house had all the amenities to make it comfortable, including a welcome basket with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine in the frig. The location is great to walk to everything and it was helpful to have off street parking for our car. We are already planning our return next winter.

A little slice of Heaven

I absolutely love this property!!! From the inviting front porch, to the lovely backyard, and the wonderful inside in between! The house itself is cozy, very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, great couch… We grilled and spent some time in the yard also! It’s just half a block from the ocean and broad walk, and Cahn was easy to get in touch with! I will definitely be booking here again!

Amazing location, feels like home

This is a great beach stay with everything you need. Note the home is older, so the laundry is outside and the AC is windown units, but they, along woth dishwasher, all work well. I appreciated Cahn and his attention to detail and safety as well as sweet extras, the well stocked kitchen, the short steps to the beach and food, and space to oark. Could have done without the nightly cover bands just down the street but maybe that's your beach party vibe and youll love it.

Great location

The location of this place is fantastic. You can literally walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! Bed was comfortable. House was nice. House could have been cleaner. Owners were exceptional nice and responded quickly to any issues we had. There is a lot of construction around the area but nobody doing any work, no fault of the owners, but the city of Hollywood needs to get it together and wrap it up. As far as the beaches, it was lovely but VERY crowded, probably due to our timing. There’s a neighborhood cat that hangs out and he/she is so sweet! Marty was very nice and helpful as well. Over all we were pleased with our stay. Thank you Paulette for letting us stay

So glad you enjoyed your stay. I apologize that the house wasn't up to our normal cleanliness standards, normally I do an inspection after my cleaning service, but due to early check-in, I was unable to pre inspect the apartment. I'll make sure to have a talk with them.

This Beach House is a Hidden Gem!

We stayed on the first floor of Paullee's Beach House in Hollywood Beach, Florida for 8 nights. While this property is older, it's been maintained and it's clean and functional, exactly as advertised. It felt like staying at a friend's beach house (but a clean friend that you trust). There are MASSIVE benefits to choosing this VRBO: - The owners are very responsive, helpful, & reasonable. - The property has a driveway and back yard, included. - Use of beach chairs, bikes, body boards, grill included. - The property is very close to the beach and bay. - Lots to do, live music, bars, 5-star dining, nearby parks. - Washer, dryer, kitchen, WIFI, everything is here. This place is a quaint little beach house that feels like a home. Everything is as it seems, with no hidden fees, no unpleasant surprises. If you've looked at other properties in Miami or Hollywood beach, you know that's not always the case. This is a place you can rent, it has a great vibe, and you don't have to worry.

A relaxing and fun stay in a colorful, artsy, comfy beach house.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in Paulee's Beach House. The location was perfect, just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the broadwalk, yet on a side street traffic-wise. We particularly enjoyed the multitude of live outdoor music available along the Broadwalk. Paulee included many comfortable and helpful amenities (like beach bags, towels and chairs; or some spices plus coffees and teas). The bicycles that are included were much appreciated and used! We got restaurant and sightseeing tips plus area history info from both hosts. We received prompt response whenever we had a question or need (especially when we locked ourselves out of the house once). One thing to note - there is a public parking lot on the side of the house. A privacy hedge prevents any view but does not block out the noise of motors and people. However, one must expect crowds and the accompanying noise in such a lively, popular tourist area. All in all we had a great vacation here!

Another Wonderful Stay at Paulee's Beach House!

Another wonderful stay at Paulee’s Beach House! Our second time here and we are so glad to have returned. We love the location, which is only ½ block from the beach. The owner is a very talented artist and the place is decorated with her beautiful paintings. Evening dinners in the backyard garden under the lights were so pleasant. A comfortable and relaxing spot to come home to - away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy all the nightlife on the Broadwalk if we wanted to. Owner is very responsive and available. All necessary beach items were provided (chairs, umbrella, shade tent, beach bag, beach towels). Providing bicycles for us was a really nice feature, too! Everything here for a perfect stay in Hollywood Beach! Other things we liked: You can just roll out of bed and walk a few steps and see the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Walking the Broadwalk every morning was our favorite way to start the day. At night, I loved riding the bike down the Broadwalk to get takeout and enjoy in the relaxing backyard garden. Florio’s is in the same block and has a great menu of Italian cuisine. Favorite meal was whole snapper (fried) from 7 Tables Peruvian restaurant. Visiting the Vizcaya Estate on Biscayne Bay in nearby Miami is not to be missed if you have a day to explore. It blew us away!

Disappointing!

The location is great and the beach house could be beautiful but it needs a deep cleaning to make it worth what we paid to stay there in April The rainbow shower needs serious work to remove the black soap scum buildup to return it to what it was new and disgusting to look at Half opened and empty bottles of previous guests items gave the feeling that you were borrowing a friends house rather than a 5 star rental We had a few other issues also with some ants in the cupboard that wasn’t really addressed and the the owners response about speaking to his “cleaning team” about our issues wasn’t satisfactory either We spent most of our time outside on the deck as the location really is only a few steps to the Broadwalk and we sucked up our disappointment for our last 4 nights It really could be a beautiful place to stay and the bed was comfortable In our opinion it needs to be deep cleaned and the removal of the used lotions, shampoo,mousse,hairspray, shaving cream, tampons etc……should be a priority!

3 minute walk to the beach and Broadwalk area. Lovely front porch patio area to relax with morning coffee or afternoon adult beverages. Short walk to shops and several dining options. Great beach house!

We loved our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t want to stay in an overpriced, bland hotel. The home has been in the family for years, is lovingly kept, and decorated with beautiful beach-themed and colorful art, much of it created by the owner herself. We were greeted by the property manager and given recommendations for things to do and where to eat locally. Would stay here again!

Close to beach

Great location in Hollywood Beach. We were on the 1st floor, comfortable & convenient. Short walk to beach & lots of local restaurants. Parking in driveway was very convenient.
