On the Sierra Star Golf Course and close to Eagle Lodge, enjoy this beautifully renovated 4 bedrooms + den, 3 1/2 bathroom town home! This home has recently been updated with new flooring, new bathrooms and all new furniture. It offers a fully equipped and stocked, gourmet kitchen so you can prepare family meals like a pro, dining for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy the large sectional couch to cozy up around the wood burning fireplace, or catch the game on the large new flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player. The master suite has a King bed with Twin rollaway with a large flatscreen Smart TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy the private en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, stand up shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom also offers a home office set up with desk area. The second master bedroom downstairs on the lower level features a King bed and Queen with a TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom on this lower level has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with queen on bottom, twin on top (note no closet), a perfect hideaway for the kids. The den has a large flat screen Smart TV, Star Wars games arcades, and a Queen size pull out sofa bed and access out to the deck with private hot tub. There is an additional home office space with desk and task chair in the downstairs level by the den. The unit offers outdoor dining area on the upper deck. A laundry room with private washer/dryer makes it feel like a home away from home, WiFi internet access throughout. A two car garage (garage clearance 7' 6") offers convenient private parking, and space for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Pet friendly, allows one pet, this home sleeps up to 14. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. L The house was lovely with exceptions: 1-no curtain at the dining room table area so the sun made sitting there uncomfortable. 2- the jacuzzi did not work properly and couldn't be used because the water level was too low so the jets shot water out of the pool and straight at the person standing there; the water became cloudy and felt unsanitary.3- Minimal places to put the suitcase and clothes for a longer stay.Also it would have been nice to know there was no air conditioning ; it was hot for sleeping.The location was super-close to everything and also on the golf course!

July Mammoth Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were alerted to "some road work", may be taking place during our stay. We were a little surprised to see 100% of the roads in the complex had been removed or were being removed, so the 7:30am sounds of heavy equipment were with us each morning. Then one day we received a knock on our door, asking us to move our car off our driveway, so the driveway could be ripped out. We complied & the driveway was removed, unfortunately leaving a 4" drop off from the garage floor to the now dirt driveway. So we had to build a ramp to get the 2 cars parked in the garage out without damage. Did call Mammoth Reservations to ask about the driveway removal & was promised a call back, which never came. The unit itself is generally in decent condition & Pet Friendly, so the carpeting is on the worn side. Spa worked well. Older Kitchen refrigerator should be replaced. Ice maker was not working, broken shelves in freezer & temps had to be turned up all the way to keep items cold and/or frozen.

Great!

Overall, it has a great view and wonderful amenities. The host company was helpful and even welcomed us with wine and charcuterie. Would love to stay here again. Whole family (ages 1- 70) enjoyed the stay.

This was our second time renting here and you can see a bit of wear and tear, but it’s still a lovely home and we will rent again. Management was quick to respond to a small issue we had. Great location close to the shuttle stop. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids!

Birthday ski trip

This house was absolutely perfect for our ski/snowboard birthday trip. It fit 11 of us very comfortably. Very clean and cozy! And the kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking dinners. Would return again in the future.

Great spot for a big group

Plenty of beds, spacious common area, super clean and gorgeous house!! Doesn’t come with parking passes as it states, but you get 2 garage spots and 2 driveway spots.

mammoth trip

Our stay started as the vacation from hell. The owner of the unit had scheduled painters to work on the condo during our stay. Inexplicable why they would do so. Being waken at 8am with pounding on the roof and side of building was completely unacceptable. Reached out to Mammoth Reservations (the host manager) to rectify this debacle. They investigated and finally moved us to another unit. Professional and courteous response. Refunded us for the fiasco with apology. 5 stars to Host.

Sierra Star family get away

Great location combining convenience with beauty of the Sierra Star golf course. Throw the bag over your shoulder and walk the distance of a par 3 to the clubhouse. Property was as advertised.

Highly recommended

Place was right on the golf course and close to slopes. We came during the winter and even though we didn’t want to hike up to eagle lodge with our boards, there is a bus stop right outside the community, which made it super easy for us. If this was in the summer, we would definitely be golfing. Very generous size living room to fit all our friends during gathering hours. The kids went right outside to the golf course filled with snow to play and had a blast. Highly recommended listing.

Easily accommodated our party of 9 with beds to spare. The kids loved the provided sleds and the 2 arcade games and the toys and books for the little ones. We were there during a snow storm and the street, driveway and front walk were all cleared in a timely fashion. This is by far the nicest home that we have rented in Mammoth. We've all ready voted to rent here again next year!

Perfect Fall Getaway

Quiet neighborhood in nice subdivision. Great place to stay with adult children and their kids. Built memories and grew closer as a large family. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous for our large family

10/10! We came with 6 adults ranging from low 30s to mid 80s and one 5 year old, and everyone was super comfortable and happy! The layout was spreadout out enough so we all had our own space to retreat to, and the living room/dinning was perfect to cook/share large family dinners together. Our 5 year old LOVED the game room and having his own tv to watch his morning cartoons. Location was amazing as well being right on the golf course. If I had to say anything critical (and this is just a total nitpicky thing) there is a large area rug in the living room, and it was all rumpled and wonky when we arrived. It was not a big deal and did not impact our stay in any way, but it is the first impression of the house when we walked in, which made us all a little worried that the place was not going to be in good shape. The place was in FANTASTIC shape, but it was just the first impression when walking in the door, so recommend lifting the couch and adjusting the rug, or just remove it all together. Other than that teeny tiny thing, our stay was absolute perfection! Can’t wait to stay again

Creating memories on July 4th!

Second family gathering to snowboard on July 4th at this Sierra Star condo! Plenty of room for everyone, close to everything. Really enjoyed the Snowcreek Athletic club membership which included the pool, spa, cardio workout and pickleball. Grandkids even caught their first fish at Convict Lake, only 15 minutes away. Great time for all! Will be back soon.
