Breathtaking waterfront view from this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condominium in Harbour Place in the Truman Annex is ready to receive you! Enjoy a sprawling floorplan with endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico! This one of a kind gem has recently been COMPLETELY renovated. The four bedrooms all feature luxurious king sized beds and bedding with gorgeous ensuite bathrooms. The full kitchen enjoys a eight seated bar and island with all of the modern conveniences of a chefs kitchen. Relaxation is the cornerstone of this beauty which includes several lounging areas and a spectacular waterfront dining room! There are four decks, two facing the ocean and two featuring a private place to make those reservations for dinner, fishing and beyond! While enjoying your stay, there is a refreshing waterfront pool complex and immediate access to downtown, Duval Street. Come to unwind, and linger for as long as you sunsets will keep you coming back for more!
Please note: The minimum rental period is 29 nights/30 days, except for February, which is 28 nights.

Lovely

The only negative is the keys are very challenging. Not sure if the keys or cylinder need to be replaced for the unit. Pictures are accurate, very niceWe’d definitely stay again.

Great Location, Ample Space and a View!

Came to Key West for a week with three other couples of college friends of 50 years! We went sailing three times, biked with rental bikes we had for the week and were also able to walk to many restaurants, bars and sites of interest. Was a perfect set-up with 4 king beds each with their own full bathrooms. Kitchen worked well for us, mostly used for breakfast, lunch and snacking with plenty of glassware, plates, utensils, etc. We had a little trouble at check-in only because it was after hours in the dark. Plenty of instructions were provided but were a little confusing being unfamiliar with the general area of the condo and closed gates. Communication with the realty property management company was generally helpful and adequate but not necessarily timely after hours and on weekends. All in all, a very good stay that we were all very happy with.

8 is enough

The property was more than we expected, we all have stayed in Truman Annex before but we all agreed this was the nicest. Spacious and clean and just a totally relaxing experience. A hidden gem was at 8:00 AM everyday we got to watch the colors be raised with the National Anthem, what a blessing.Thanks again and we will be back for sure

The Southernmost Regatta

We came down for a sailing race and the place was phenomenal. The sunsets were crazy. It was beautiful and was super clean. Easy to get down to the boat and my wife and kids went and did tons of stuff during the day while we were sailing.

The property is very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. (Our only minor complaint is that we asked for an extension on checkout day due to weather and flight cancellations, and a two hour extension was granted. Then the morning of our departure we were told that they could not make the accommodation because the owners were arriving. We were disappointed with the reneging of the accommodation.) The common areas of the property, especially the pool, are lovely. The location of the property is perfect- close to the beach and town.

Beautiful condo with amazing sunset views

We loved the condo. It was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Our group of 8 loved it. Especially watching the sunset over the ocean from one of the balconies. We walked all over to the nearby park a couple times for the kids and then Duval St for dinner and shopping- all conveniently close. It can be confusing to walk around with all the gates around the community but it is nice for security.

The furnishings were tastefully done. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work well. It only cooled to 74 degrees and that was only on one end. The other end felt five to ten degrees warmer. Location was perfect. Felt safe at all times. Loved the convenience of being close to Duval Street. Yet, once you walked thru the gates into the Truman Annex the serenity and tranquil vibe prevailed.

Great property!

Beautiful location! Great set up in the condo. Little trouble with checking in on the weekend. Was given wrong code to lock box. Ultimately resolved but at first was unsettling. Overall a great place!

Fin and Tonic

Fin and tonic is a modern and well equipped unit. It was spotless when we arrived. A couple of requests would be more coffee mugs (only 6 were in the unit),and at least 2 washcloths in the bathrooms (we were supplied only 1 in each. Other than that we had everything we could have wanted. The view from the living area and the balcony is beautiful. The surrounding area is very peaceful. As an FYI, the balconies are small. We squeezed the 4 chairs provided onto one of them so we could be together. The unit was convenient to Duval Street, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Because this unit is a double, there is some confusion as to the address. It took the guard at the gate about 15 minutes before he would issue us a parking pass. Even after looking at our keys he kept saying we had the wrong address.

Beautiful waterfront home in Truman Annex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bathroom condo with plenty of room for 8 people. We enjoyed time together in the condo including dinners and it has plenty of space for a group of this size. The quiet location near Mallory Square is perfect. The evening sunset views are gorgeous. We would recommend adding some basic kitchen items - kitchen towels, cooking oils, salt/pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, etc. which we purchased and left for the next group. The bathrooms also do not have any shampoo, conditioner and only a very small bar of soap which is surprising for a week long rental. The air conditioning unit had difficulties during our stay but the company sent someone to fix it immediately. We had some challenges with the management company. The biggest difficulty we had was parking. There seemed to be communication problems with the management company and security and we spent most of the week dealing with not understanding where to park our car - starting at check in and continuing through the week. For this price, we would hope to not be harassed almost every day by security about which spot we are parking our car in and be helped by the management company with this earlier on. Finally, we had asked about a blow up mattress and told there was not one available in the unit, so we shipped one there. When we arrived, we found 2 in the closet with the beach towels (they were not hidden). Perhaps the owners did not want us to use one, but that would be more accurate to say that rather than tell us there are not any in the unit.

We all had king size beds and our own bathrooms, it was nice not to have to share since we are friends and not relatives. There were a couple of minor adjustments that we suggested to the management company that would just make things a little nicer. The location was fantastic! And the VIEW!!! Did I mention we had a phenomenal view!
