Welcome to this gorgeous townhome located at the Villages of Oyster Creek. In this small waterfront condominium community, within the Grove City area of Englewood, you will find gorgeous views, relaxation and serenity.
This townhome features two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an extra den for the kids. Divided over three floors, this condo has a private elevator that brings you to each level starting at the garage.
The first level is perfect for guests, boasting a sleeper sofa and extra room for storage. With direct access to the boat area, you’ll be able to clean off here before heading upstairs.
Do not forget to stop by the community pool area on your way out too which features a heated pool!
The second floor features the dazzling kitchen, living room and dining room. Gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances outline the kitchen where you’ll cook up your fresh catch of the day.
Relax in the living room as you overlook the pool area too. Choose from eating indoors or outdoors on the screen covered lanai while you enjoy the beautiful weather.
The guest suite is also located on the second floor featuring a cozy queen bed and private bathroom.
The third floor is where total relaxation takes over. The master suite has its own domain with a king size bed and a balcony overlooking Oyster Creek.
