Saturday to Saturday NON-SMOKING - NO PETS Lovely direct Oceanfront, 2 bedroom (Den converted to a third bedroom, there is a pocket door for privacy with a NEW queen sofa bed, chair and TV, closed from kitchen but open to entry) 2 bath condo. Renovated, gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with island, wood flooring throughout EXCEPT bathrooms, all new appliances. Both bathrooms recently remodeled - Master bath in early 2024 and second bath in early 2025. Brand new Washer/Dryer stack in fall 2024. Fat, comfy couch and huge TV adorn the living room. New king bed in master bedroom and one of the double beds in the guest room has been replaced with new! Master, den and living room have TVs. Guest bedroom does not have a TV. Seating for six around the dining room table plus more seating at the kitchen island. A great gathering place! Ocean front balcony access from living room and master bedroom with comfy chairs for people watching or just gazing out onto the beach and ocean! There is a stack Washer/Dryer in condo.
