Both the kitchen bar and dining table accommodate four. BED & BATH This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, which offers balcony access, ocean views, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is appointed with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle below and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. THE LOCATION Walk directly out to the beach via a dune crossover adjacent to the complex. Your central location is also only a 5-minute walk from the famed Ron Jon Surf Shop and a variety of restaurants. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is a wonderful way to spend a day. Or visit the Ocean City Boardwalk, just a 10-minute drive from home. Rent jet skis or a boat nearby for fun on the water. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
