This well cared for, clean condo boasts three true bedrooms, ocean front view, large living room with NEW sectional sleep sofa and wonderful well-equipped kitchen. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. The dining room has a large table, big enough for the family to eat, play games or just chat about your day. 2025 NEW king bed in the master, two doubles in one guest bedroom and a twin plus double in the third bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone! Each bedroom has it's own TV and DVD player, the kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker AND a Keurig, so it's your choice. Perhaps you'd rather wake up with a cold smoothie in the morning - there is a blender for that! Relaxing on the balcony with a spectacular view - what more could you want? The condo is air conditioned, has a washer & dryer, easy to clean tile floors. You will even have access to the owner's beach locker - no more carting your beach chairs and umbrellas up to the condo! Maximum Occupancy is 11. BDRM 1: King, BDRM 2: 2 Doubles, BDRM 3: Double and Twin. OWNER-PAID WI-FI and FREE BEACH LOCKER!
