Frente al mar, vista al mar desde todas las habitaciones !!! 3br, con el nuevo colchón king en la habitación principal, y la nueva litera completa / completa 2nd bdrm. 2 nuevas reinas en el 3er dormitorio, sala de estar, área de comedor y una cocina completamente nueva y completamente equipada.

Servicios: lavadora y secadora, estufa, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, vajilla y utensilios de cocina, aspiradora, televisores, área de ducha exterior, aire acondicionado, internet de alta velocidad, 2 estacionamientos con lugares de estacionamiento principales, ascensor, extra grande, Envuelva alrededor del balcón con hermosas vistas al océano, comedor al aire libre en el balcón, a pocos pasos de la playa. Favor de traer toallas, ropa de cama y productos de papel.

Esta es una unidad frente al mar en el tercer piso, a poca distancia de supermercados, restaurantes / bares, minigolf y tiendas locales. También es un viaje rápido a los parques de diversiones, el paseo marítimo, los toboganes acuáticos, los deportes acuáticos, las tiendas de tiendas libres de impuestos, la isla de Assateague y mucho más.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was super clean and in a great location with easy access to the beach. The host was absolutely wonderful and so responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The balcony was our favorite place to spend our time when not on the beach. We miss it already! Was a perfect space for our family vacation.

Lovely unit in a relatively quiet part of Ocean City with very easy beach access, a wonderful wraparound porch, and a beautiful almost panoramic view of the sea that we enjoyed all week long. We felt like we had both the beach and the building just to ourselves at times which was perfect, and we were within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops too. We hardly had to use the cars at all, just enjoyed our beautiful quiet retreat by the sea and ventured on foot for most everything else we needed. The 64th street market and Candy Kitchen just across the street was especially convenient! The host was very kind and easy to reach when we had questions, and the unit even had beach chairs and a beach umbrella stored away in the garage that we could use all week long! We really had everything we needed for a great, relaxing week by the ocean, and we’d definitely return again next year!

The perfect condo

Everything about this condo was perfect… the host, the rooms, the location, the view, the layout, the way it is decorated, everything. Such a beautiful condo. Jen was amazing and responded within seconds to any questions we had which was very much appreciated. Really could not ask for more. We’ve been going to OC for 20 years, and I would recommend this condo.

Would stay again

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo was inside. The exterior wrap around deck was also incredibly nice to have and we spent a lot of time out there as it had plenty of room for the family.Really my only critique is the parking garage has a steep angle so my car wasn't able to fit in the garage, but the surface lot worked great. Not a hit on the condo at all, just so other sports car owners are aware the garage is tricky. Highly recommend and will likely rent this again for our regular family visits

Lovely condo!

We rented this Surf's Edge condo for a week in July, 2019. We were very satisfied with our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is in a great location and far enough north of the Boardwalk area that it is nice and quiet. The owners were extremely responsive to questions and were always available by text should we need anything during our stay. The only downside is that we ruined our cartop carrier trying to enter the parking deck - the clearance is extremely low so use caution! Aside form that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

This condo was amazing. The view was so beautiful. We have a little one who still naps so it was important to us to be able to sit on the porch or in the living room and see the water. And you can see it from everywhere in the living space. Waking up looking out at the ocean from the master bedroom was so peaceful. The kitchen/dining/living room were open and big. Our family with 4 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was so great too. The owner of the property was extremely helpful and responsive when some issues came up (issues completely out of her control) and did absolutely everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Surf’s Edge. The condo has updated decor, a great layout and as a corner beachfront unit, boasts great views. While I had reservations about staying in mid-town OC vs. the north end, the location was great and close to a small grocery store and good restaurants. My family and I would certainly stay here again.

Perfection!!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. I hate when rentals seem to have all the owners’ leftover furniture and a decor. This condo is decorated exactly as I would decorate it if I were living there. The amount of natural light and views from everywhere in the living room/kitchen area are outstanding. The wrap around balcony is huge and has a wide variety of furniture. I especially appreciated the bar height table/stools and Adirondack chairs that enable you to see over the banister and take in a completely unobstructed view. I was so nervous about the Wifi because I would be teaching and my two children would be doing school, but it was fast and reliable. Plus we had plenty of space to spread out and do our work without being on top of each other. The bed in the Master bedroom is super comfortable (another thing I always worry about when renting a place)! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The owners are super friendly and responsive. We came for an escape from our own home, which we’ve all become quite sick of during Covid, and to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday, and we could not have asked for a better place do it! The whole family was feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we are already planning our next stay!

Wonderful getaway with friends

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple nights over Labor Day weekend. Ocean City was wonderful and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for 3 couples. The owners were very responsive and so nice. I’m already looking forward to my next OC vacation at this great condo.

I was given the gift of vacationing in Ocean City, Maryland by my grandparents since I was a year old. Ocean City is our 'home away from home', and has blessed us with incredible memories that we hope to continue to share with our sons. We hope that you also, will be able to create beautiful memories and enjoy our 'home away from home' as we have:).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love that our condo is so conveniently located to so many family owned restaurants and shops. We love that it is 2 flights up, but has an elevator for convenience. We love that it has sliding glass doors which allows you to see the ocean and outdoors from each room. We love that it has an extra large, wrap around balcony which allows for outside dining, time to reflect, have a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, or a nice cocktail in the evening, while absorbing the beautiful ocean views. We love everything about our home away from home, and we hope that you will be able to enjoy every moment as we have:)!
