Lovely property for a couple or small family!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the house. It was a perfect home base for time at the beach - 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Pine Island, 60 minutes from Sanibel/Captiva. The pool and spa were well maintained, with a convenient bathroom just off the lanai. The pass-through window to the kitchen was so convenient, as was the outdoor TV. The kitchen is well stocked and the shower had great water temp and pressure. And it's beautifully furnished. Thanks for a great time!

Incredibly Clean and Well Outfitted Cape Coral Home!

We really enjoyed staying in this well maintained, incredibly clean, and well outfitted home! Checkin and out was easy. Beds were comfortable, pool was wonderful and the kitchen has every utensil you could wish for and more. We will be back for sure :)

Find a better managed property

This property is managed by Roelens Vacations and it was very hard and stressful to reach any property manager on check in or at all. Bikes and Kayaks are included with the rental. Once I notified the rental company that there was a car parked under the stored bikes, they told me the bikes are only available for tenant use if they are accessible. The propane tank on the grill was empty and I was asked to refill myself. The worst part of the entire experience is the non- stop communications on extra charges. Really the only welcome message or any other property management communication was a long list of extra charges I can incur if I do anything against their rules. This really ruined the rental experience. Nice area, nice home, would hope the owner finds a better property manager.

Great home, updated, awesome pool and dock.

Since there are not many reviews I hope my long one will help those that stay at this property next. General house things: - Updated everywhere, nice furnishings, new TVs and good appliances. - Master bed seems a bit old - not terrible but was not as firm as I like. The other 2 beds seem quite new and were comfortable. - Master bath is fine - a bit small. One of the electrical outlets was not working. The shower is a bit tough to turn on in both bathrooms, not a big deal, use a little muscle. - NOTE - bring your firesticks, etc. There is no cable or satellite. There is "Samsung TV" which has a variety of channels but they are not your typical channels. - Although I did not use it, the grill is a nice Weber. - Very large and well working washer/dryer. - There are 2 kayaks and they are really nice ones. Single riders. - They have 3 beach chairs to use. - There are 5 fishing poles - ranging from large to smaller for kids. A small tackle box with not much in it or of much use. There are mullet fish jumping constantly and I saw around the doc 3 other larger fish. - You will have use of the garage. Only one space, it seems the owners have one of their cars stored there. The kitchen: - A good amount of baking dishes, pots/pans and knives. - The measuring cups need to be replaced and they need to add some scissors. - Otherwise, well stocked for what we needed. The outside area: - The back covered area is perfect with a TV and fridge. - Pool was very clean and was a good temperature. The hot tub heated up nicely and is big. - The area around the pool is large enough, seems new. - The dock area has a set of new Adirondack chairs. It's very nice and the canal is wide enough to not be disturbed by those across the canal. - Landscaping is wonderful. The surrounding area: - Neighborhood is quite and I felt very safe the whole time. - Grocery & liquor store is about 2-3 minutes away - Walked to a shopping area close to the house. 3 restaurants, ice cream shop (was awesome), dunkin donuts + more. Beaches: - Fort Myers or Sanibel anywhere from 30-45 minutes away. Property mgmt. and small issues: - The string lights around the pool were not working. - The door knob from the garage to the house was broken. - Sent a maintenance request in through the Happy Stays app and sent an email, never heard back till my last day, they called to see how my stay was. Not great on their part. I would absolutely stay here again! Loved our time here!

Wonderful Rental

Not sure where to start. This house was immaculate and so enjoyable. We spent a week there and can without a doubt, say that we wish we could have stayed for another week. Although we didn’t cook anything and ate out the whole time, there were plenty of kitchen items to cook with. We totally enjoyed our time out at the pool, basking in the sun and our morning coffee while watching TV on the lanai. The property management texted or emailed all of the needed information with the check in process. We never had to contact them. I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough hangers to hang clothes on but there were more than enough for the two of us and the closet was very big. This house is updated with very nice furniture and decor. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable and everything was just so clean! We would definitely stay here again. B and L

Peaceful retreat

I was worried because there was only one review, I needn’t have worried. This place is awesome - clean, quiet, beautiful. The pool and spa are wonderful. It was a great location, I couldn’t have asked for better communication with property management. Definitely 5 stars. I only wish it was available for our next trip.

Spring break 2021

Our stay was just as expected! Great location and lots of relaxing. Lots of restaurants/ shopping to walk to. Kids enjoyed riding their scooters around the neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were great! House was clean and organized.
