Belle Harbor is an elegant, upscale, luxury condo. It is in North Clearwater Beach and is across the street from the famous white sands of Clearwater Beach.
The 3rd floor indulges the senses with its panoramic view, salty air, and warm breezes.
The pool is waterside and looks over Clearwater Beach Harbor. There are lots of water activities to watch, as the boats pass, and the dolphins play peek-a-boo.
Belle Harbor is a great spot to have a car-free vacation since it is centrally located, in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, activities, and the famous Pier 60, where the nightly sunset festival takes place.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must also be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4 pm
Check-out is before 10 am

The open floor plan is excellent for family interactions.
New furniture adorns the entire luxury condo.
The oversized balcony is the perfect place to relax and read a book.
The dining area has seating for six guests.
The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and an attached full bathroom.
The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower, his and her vanities, and a private lavatory.
The 1st guest room has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom.

Belle Harbor has a beautiful pool and pool deck, a jacuzzi, poolside community BBQ grills, large exercise room with a harbor view, and separate men’s and women’s saunas. The clubhouse is next to the pool and has shaded tables as well as fireplaces.
Belle Harbor has 24-hour gated and manned security.
Belle Harbor is conveniently located across the street from the Florida Beach Rentals office.
