The kitchen overlooks the dining area which hosts a beautiful 10-seater dining table that leads to the outside entertaining area.
To the rear of the home, you will find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have queen beds, side tables and lamps with built-in robes with the 4th bedroom sporting 2 sets of single bunks, side table + lamp and robe; all rear bedrooms are equipped with split system heating and cooling.
There is a central bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and heat lamps and a separate toilet with vanity.
The laundry completes this wing of the house and is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum, iron board and iron and an abundance of other useful items.
Guests are welcome to use the double lock-up garage which is remote entry along with the 4-bay garage at the rear of the home for storing their boats and jetskis safely. The undercover area is equipped with a BBQ and 8-seater table. There is side access into the block via the laneway (please DO NOT park in this ROW lane) a vast yard that is fully fenced and secure for your children and pets. Guests are welcome to pick the fruit from the established fruit trees.
