Easy and Convenient, with an eye to detail

Stayed for a 3 nights, and felt right at home. Had all accommodations I needed whether from a TV to cooking items, and I got to experience Joshua Tree Co coffee, so thanks for that exposure. The area is close to key areas in Joshua Tree, and makes the unusually long drives from each point in Joshua Tree manageable for those that are driving here and there often.

Wonderful house with excellent location

Everything about this property was charming and true to the listing. Very well-equipped with everything guests would need for a short stay or a longer trip. The location can't be beat, it was walkable to the main stores and restaurants in Joshua Tree. Definitely recommend this house for your next JT trip!

Loved this place. I was not in love with the neighborhood. A bit loud and unsightly properties close by. Great proximately to the Nation Park entrance. Inside design was done very nicely and professionally! I would stay again.

Ideally located for a visit to the national park

Although the town of Joshua Tree is not particularly exciting and the rental is in a somewhat “dusty” neighborhood, the house itself was exactly as described and ideal for our visit to the national park, the visitor center for which is across the street. House was very comfortable, but lacks indoor table / chairs for eating inside… normally outside would be fine and is well furnished for that, but it was cold in January during our visit, and this limited our use of the outside table. So, we decided to eat out (we went for Yucca Kebab, which was actually pretty good, and then Panda Chinese and Cajun Seafood, which was ok).

Highly Recommended!

In May 2022, our family visited Joshua Tree to see our son's band play in a festival and we sought a comfy, central spot to stay w/ restaurants within walking distance. I'd never been to Joshua Tree before, so we also wanted the home to nicely match this highly creative desert community. This bungalow was perfect in every way and the Evolve team is first class. This is a genuine high recommendation. Enjoy!

Great location.

The property is very close to the entrance of Joshua Tree and we were able to go to the sunrise every morning while staying there. However, the house is located in a questionable neighborhood. There were fridges on the street. Although the neighborhood was questionable the house itself was the safest house I have ever been in. Once going into the backyard I noticed pieces of trash flying into the yard from other yards. I tried my best to pick up it but every morning it kept flying over the fence. Speaking of fences, When opening and existing the fence to put our rental car in it, it was a challenge. I did enjoy the privacy of the fence though! All in all, this was a great trip. We got checked instructions in a timely fashion, Amy was great with communicating We were able to do laundry as needed and the Apple tv came in great when it came to settling down after a long day at the park. Thank you for sharing your home with us:)

Wonderful home

This home was recently remodeled and is lovely. It is very well thought out and a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy Joshua Tree. Our one surprise was that while we had 4 guests only 3 towels were left available to our group.

Great spot!

The property is super cute and looks exactly like the photos. We were traveling with our 10 month old daughter and the host went above and beyond to make sure there was a pack n play and bumbo seat for her. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Clean, cozy, quiet and awesome! Very comfortable beds and no street noise. Had everything we needed and is styled so nicely! Hot shower! Yahoo! Could walk to coffee and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The park was incredible and a short drive away.

Relaxing before the new year

We had a lovely time at this property. Due to the wind storms, we could not make use of the wonderful backyard as we would have hoped. We would love to go back in order to enjoy the outdoor space. Thank you so much!

Super cute, super close to the park

The house is super cute and almost perfectly located for a visit to Joshua Tree NP. It is a short drive to the park and a short walk to some great food options. The house is very new and very clean. Loved the manual coffee grinder, definitely makes one slow down! We didn’t get to use the backyard but can imagine how nice that fire pit is on a clear night. Would very much stay again.

Fun in Joshua Tree

Loved the place and location. We were close to the park (just 2 blocks from the visitors center) and walked to everything else we needed (food, coffee, brewery, farms market, etc.). The outside space was very nice, fenced, and offered off street parking. We hope to book this property again in the future.
