Park Suite: Luxury, artistically decorated suite with garden tub

Park Suite is the largest, most luxurious and romantic suite at New Park. Often used as a honeymoon suite, you can stay in this unique and modern room and create your own special memories.

Park Suite is the most romantic room on the property - it has a king-sized bed, cobblestone fireplace, and the most incredible bathroom you've ever seen. Cobblestone archways and stained glass line this room to make it feel like a piece of art in and of itself. The room has direct access to a private outdoor space. Upon entering the bathroom you can either go to the toilet room and experience the bidet or you can take a right and lounge in the garden tub or take a shower where the water falls from the sky...sprays from the wall...and from the hand sprayer in case anything gets missed! A truly incredible showering experience.

New Park is a stunning 18 acre property set in an enchanting forest in the midst of wine country. This property was previously reserved only for private events, and is new to overnight accommodations. Even many locals have never seen New Park as it's surrounded by a very tall privacy fence. Now, you can stay here in this fabled spot (ask the locals and they'll tell you stories).

Dogs are allowed at New Park!

Do you have a large group? Park Suite adjoins Parlour Suite - all suites have private access, but also have adjoining doors if you have a larger party. Please note this could mean some noise, though we've soundproofed and provided white noise machines to help alleviate noise issues!

-Book Balloon, Parlour, and Park, and sleep 10-12!

-Book all of New Park and sleep 20-22!

A note on cleaning fees:

* We charge a cleaning fee. This fee offsets our costs for turning over the suite in between stays. We do not enter the suites once you have checked in (unless there is an emergency or you ask us to).
* Charging this fee allows us to be flexible in stay length. Having a one-time fee incentivizes longer stays, and makes a one-night stay worth the extra effort!
* We are CHORE-FREE! No chore list upon checkout. You do not have to vacuum, do laundry, take out the trash, or strip the beds. We provide light cleaning materials in case there's a spill.

We have to also tell you a bit about New Park! New Park is a one-of-a-kind 18 acre property just north of Ithaca in the Finger Lakes Region. It is 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls and Trumansburg. It was originally a roadside motel, but in the 90s, every room was transformed into a work of art. Stained glass, handcrafted stonework, and incredible woodwork laces every single room.

Features of New Park:

-There is a building on the property called the "Wish Room" which has a wood burning fireplace in the middle of the room, as well as a piano, guitars, record player, gas grill, cable TV and wifi. In winter, the "Pavilion" is converted from an event space into a game room - check it out! We have ping pong and foosball in there, plus our cornhole boards are in there too!

-Romantic gardens, rolling lawns, and a forest for hiking (as long as it isn't hunting season).

-There are two communal fire pits - one in the center of the property and another off to the side. The entire property is surrounded by a very tall privacy fence that once protected the privacy of a celebrity (ask the staff or the locals and they'll tell you more!). New Park also has an event space and a picnic area by a creek that is so beautiful that people get married there almost every weekend of summer.
