Welcome to Seaside 206

Experience modern comfort in this beautifully updated 2nd-floor villa. Recently remodeled, it features new flooring throughout, a refreshed bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower, and a renovated kitchen with new cabinetry, countertops, and appliances.

This charming one-bedroom, one-bath villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining area. The separate bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, while the hallway features two bunk beds perfect for smaller children.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is just a short walk from the vibrant Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and the new Celebration Park. As an oceanfront property, Seaside Villas is situated about 70 yards from the beach, providing easy access to sun and surf.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Great location

The location was wonderful. Everything was so close to us. The beach was a five minute walk and there were so many restaurants in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back again soon.

Annual beach trip!

We love this property. It’s clean and safe. Close to Coliginy Plaza which is a great spot for food and shopping. Can not praise it enough.

Reviewer Comments: There were a few hiccups with our stay...dirty linens in the restroom, dirty pants in the oven, and on the day of check out, the cleaning people were an hour early and the did not knock, they just unlocked the door and tried to come in. I was so shocked not to mention very afraid because it was so unexpected for them to do that.I mentioned all my concerns to the rental office and they were very apologetic and promised to make it right.

If you are staying with 6 people, the top bunk doesn’t have a way to get up there and it could use some rails, for the kids. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, it’s right next to the beach, tons of places to eat and walk to from the condo.

Great location!

The condo building is right on the beach and you can see the ocean from the unit. It is also located just a short walk from Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza that has all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We have a 9 and 10 yr old and the four of us didn’t even rent bikes because we could easily walk over to the Plaza from the unit. It was a little tight for 4 people but you really can’t beat the location and the value and Stephanie was great. Very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

It was okay

Pros: Proximity to the beach and town, all necessary cooking utensils, plenty of linens and towels- Cons: The unit itself was just okay. The walls/ceiling and underneath hard to reach (but visible) areas were gross. AC unit is a wall unit that doesn't do a good job of cooling the back bedroom. More than one dishwashing pack would be nice. The complex was also very dirty. It seems the floors never get cleaned and the pool was very small and dirty with hair and grime floating everywhere. For the price, I don't think it's worth it. If you can, choose a different complex!

206 Father's Day weekend

It was a nice place. Only thing that we didn't like was that the bunk bed didn't have a ladder or a little security bar to keep them up there. They got too scared and slept on the pull out. The last place in the facility had like a little wood beam across the bed so they wouldn't fall out and a ladder in the closet. No biggie. Bathroom counter space kinda was small because of the sink but I understand that you don't have much room to work with. It was clean. Loved the modern fridge and dishwasher. Had a great time.

A good time with a few issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. However there were several problems along the way. When we arrived it was not very clean. They were stains on the different tables that I had to clean. I'm not sure if it was swept as there was still the previous person ear plugs in the floor and a few other items. We found out that our unit next to us had the same access code and I accidentally walked into their room by mistake. We requested another code and the staff quickly responded and gave it to us. One morning the water was shut off and another morning the breaker kept blowing in the bathroom. The staff were quick to respond. The room was very small. The beach gate access code provided never worked.We did enjoy our stay though. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our room and being able to walk there quickly. They were just several problems along the way that were not ideal to deal with on vacation.

Adequate for our needs - good value

Place was fine for our needs, but my stay in HH last year set very high standards.. It was evident the couch was older, and we could have used a coffee table. The bed was small and very limited room to navigate around the bed if you need to get up in the middle of the night. Not much space for suitcases. It was limited, not fancy but adequate for the rate. Location was very convenient and wonderful for us.
