Stay at our 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom gorgeous contemporary designed unit with fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Gated and covered reserved parking in this new-build, modern, walkable condo in downtown Asheville.
This fifth floor condo features King bed owner’s suite with private bath plus Queen bed guest room with full shared bath plus a Queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Enjoy an evening on the balcony with gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and wake up to wake up to a peaceful view and Nepresso coffee/espresso as you plan your day in Asheville. After enjoying what the town and surroundings have to offer, continue your vacation by relaxing in the condo with local art, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a grill on the terrace and all the amenities you would expect!
You can even catch the mountain sunset while relaxing in the living room and watching the 75” TV. TVs are in every room and plenty of books and games are offered for your entertainment.
Located on Biltmore Avenue in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer: shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. One block to Wicked Weed, two blocks to Curate, Posana and Rhubarb and so many others! With the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway just a short drive away, this location is hard to beat! The host was very easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed. The condo is absolutely beautiful, and you cannot beat the outdoor space! This place is a gem! I highly recommend!

Didn’t have code on the day of arrival but owner was very prompt with response to send code. Great condo- comfortable and good location. Missing key to start firepit on balcony but had one delivered and were able to enjoy the firepit one night. Very nice furnishing. Owner very responsive which was helpful!

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location is really what sold us on booking, it was walkable to most of downtown Asheville which included a lot of our favorite shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was very modern and spacious for the 6 of us and included an in unit washer/dryer. The balcony has its very own fire pit which wasn’t used by our group(we had issues with locating the key/lighter to start the fire) otherwise it was a perfect stay! I would highly recommend this condo for groups/families that want to be in a prime Asheville location.

The location was fantastic and the view gorgeous. The patio was very large and a great place to hang. The only draw back was the bathroom doors that were sliders that were very difficult to move.

Beautiful Place, no pool

Immaculate and beautifully decorated. My only complaint was that the listing said fenced in pool and this is inaccurate. I brought this to the property owners attention who told me I must have been looking at his “other” property. Even after I sent him the link, it’s still on there.

This is our 4th time in Asheville. 3rd time in this building. Beautiful condo. Perfect for two couples traveling together. Well equipped and good location. Would definitely recommend.

Great location next to dozens of breweries. Amazing fireworks seen from balcony. A few maintenance items should be addressed by owner but overall excellent stay.

South Slope Girls Stay

The location was good for convenience of walking downtown for restaurants and shopping. The house kitchen appliances are good, and the deck is lovely to sit out on. There is a need for closet hangers and kleenex.

Perfect getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The deck space is massive and private. We enjoyed the great views and fire pit. The location is ideal and very walkable to all that downtown has to offer. We will be back.

Perfect location and perfect getaway

The condo is so well decorated, with lovely furniture and linens and thoughtful additions like pods for the Nespresso machine. We loved the large terrace and outdoor fireplace. I highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy downtown Asheville.
