Hi Christi, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: -We were contacted by our management team about the power issue and advised them to check the breaker. We offered to send an electrician, but you turned it down. We did not hear back, so we assumed the issue was resolved. -The bathroom faucet is new but operates differently, requiring the handle to be pushed left and right for hot and cold. This is detailed in our guidebook. -We are looking into the issues with the bedroom TV and ceiling fan, as they were working for the previous guest and have had a guest for a week after your stay with no reported issues. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- We have just been made aware of the tiles on the deck and are working to schedule a time to resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.- The 'Beware of Dog' sign has been there since the property was purchased and is left as a deterrent. We apologize if there was any confusion.- There should not have been dog hair under the couch; this has been brought to the cleaning crew's attention.- We are very concerned about the behavior of the downstairs neighbor, and we'll address the situation to ensure it is not an issue in the future.- The HOA is getting quotes on upgrading the parking lot to prevent issues with standing water and potholes.Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review. I am reaching out to our cleaning crew regarding the missing items, unclean dishes, as well as the dog hair. Being that we do not allow pets and a deep cleaning was recently performed, you should not have had these issues. There used to be a hair dryer, we will get that remedied. The portable A/C upstairs is there for the summer months. There are times when the AC just does not keep the upstairs cool enough. Also, as for your information, the 2nd deck the stairs lead to is not a shared deck, that is part of the condo. The shared/common area is after you exit the 2nd deck to get to the boat docks. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay even with the issues and would stay again! We would love that!"

Hi Shirley, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few items raised in your review: - We investigated the Keurig after your departure and it is working perfectly and not been an issue for subsequent guests. - We always provide ample towels in all the bathrooms but have added more face towels for our guests. - The online welcome book explains how to use the HDMI chord to access cable as well as descriptions of where the outlets for the ceiling fan are located. - The mattress pads are brand new but we will investigate this concern and make the appropriate changes or updates if necessary. - The living room furniture is in good condition and exactly as-advertised in our listing photos. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
